The title you get changes as you post more often. It changes every certain # of posts (I think minibot is after 50 posts). I'm sure it's somewhere in one of the forums in more detail...

I use photobucket and upload pictures into my album. It provides me with a ready to use link that I can cut and paste into my post. It starts with [img]has%20the%20web%20address%20in%20the%20middle,%20then%20ends[/img].

Try using phtobucket if you have problems with imageshack. I can't get imageshack to work properly with my browser at work.
