Sorry if this was asked already but when does the movie game come out on the PSP? The gamestop site says its backordered so does that mean its out in the next few days?

GameFAQs lists the release date for the PSP version as the 19th but it may not be on shelf in stores until a couple of days later.

I fogot GameFAQs has the dates. I just got a call from gamestop and they said it will be in tomorrow.

Bad news. The PSP game got pushed back untill next week. Now it comes out with all the other ones on tuesday the 26th. Now i wont know what to play first. The Cybertron edition or the PSP one.

I can confirm that both DS versions are out TODAY. I just held them in my hands. The guy also said that all other versions may come in as early as tomorrow. I dunno if they are breaking street date or what, but thats what he said.

i just got the psp version, the douche had to call his boss to ask if he could sell it to me since the game should "coicincide" with the movie's release date.
anyways, about to play, however, i there is multiplayer.. but it's ADHOC, not an infrastructure. that sucks balls.

The street date is the 26th so if they are put out tomorrow then they are breaking street date. With games it doesnt matter. The stores sell them as soon as they get them. They just cant break the date on the consoles. I dont think its right that the DS ones are out but the PSP one got pushed back. The only thing i can think of is that the PSP one had alot of preorders and the DS didnt thats why its out and the PSP one isnt. Either way i wasted gas.

oh yea, and this game sucks, at least for handhelds. the controls are like trying to catch a eel, and the transformations in game suck so bad

i should have rented this one.. it's so easy i'll be done by tonight.

Well i was at ebgames and gamestop today and they said the PSP one got pushed back untill next week. The DS ones are out but the PSP one isnt.

Damn. Did you beat both the Autobot and Decepticon missions or just one of them? Im still going to get it. The only PSP game that i havent beat yet is Armored Core and im getting sick of it. Pluse now i can have Transformers were ever i go. Hopefully itll be in soon. Were did you buy it? If a store other than gamestop and eb has it im going to cancle my preorder and pick it up else were.

Got mine at Gamestop. It's not bad, but you really miss the second stick. If the 360 version plays like this, it'll be pretty good. I give it a 7 of 10, for confusing controls mostly.

thats whats weird about it. your kind of playing both sides. you do a coupel missions as autobots then a coupel as decepticons

everything was pretty easy till megs.. how did you beat him.. optimus is just too sluggish to fight like this!!

Seeing as how gamestop sucks over here im going to walmart and best buy to see if they have it. I want this damn game.

Finally got it. Found it at another gamestop. I found out that the game was shipped to the other store. They just though that it was delayed. I also found out that the console game is street dated. It seems that hasbro streets dates evrey thing.

It really reminds me of a 3d version of the cell phone game. I also found the controls to be liek a strategy game, why isn't look up and down on the direction pad instead? Why can you only cycle one way through weapons? Also when I beat BoneCrusher, I didn'r know I even beat him, it just cut away...plus the volume is really low.

Yeah the game has its flaws. I think it was rushed. But its still TF on PSP. And it has Shockwave and Hound. Hopefully theyll have a patch so we can play mulyplayer via internet. Adhoc only sucks. Its no fun only playing 1vs1. They should've just keeped it free roam like all the other versions. Or at least have a seperate autobot and decepticon campaign. And are there G1 skins in the PSP version?

yea, big time probs.. controls are sooo frustrating.. they lack tact. the storeline is so fushed with cut scenes and wayyyy to many save points in random parts of the level, and when you're battling around one.. have fun.

i feel dissapointed. i mean, armada beats this game (at least the psp version) bu 100%. it's almost two different classes. but the armada graphics and engine have been out for quite some time, and this translation doesn't come close to transformers.
bummer.
i really had high hopes. other than hound and shockwave, the game was a downer. too sluggish for any excitement.
