Oh gosh, don't get me started about things on my toys that annoy me.
Here's a quick one, since I'm working to rectify this with another custom-in-perpetual-progress. I hate when a figure has enough points of articulation to make you happy, but the points are either too limited or simply done badly. Such as V-crotches on the regular Buffy the Vampire Slayer figures. Specifically the newer figures by DST, because DST took over the line from MAC and never thought it necessary to keep the thigh swivels. V-crotch + thigh swivel = not as bad. I mean why give a figure knee joints and a V-crotch but no thigh swivels? You can't do a damn thing with such a figure except "standing with a pole up their ass" or doing some Kama Sutra positions.
It Figures - it's the stupid little things that ruin a great figure

You mean Spawn Statues? Yeah they hold up extremely well. For the last 3 or so years they have ever since they went from posable figures to super detailed sculptures.

You reference Frank Oz and then go and pick these two? He did Fozzie and Bert! That's like saying Arnold Schwarzenegger starred in Jingle All the Way.

In a Galaxy Far Far Awry issue 1: Serial Fiction Sideshow now for sale.
Issue 2: Home Sweet Home Invasion also for sale.
Back issue 3: Technophobia coming soon. And you can help!

It's been out for around 10 years and you haven't seen it yet?

True that, but they are of vastly better quality. I can't tell if the Muffin is upset about the change from toys to display pieces, but I really enjoy them better nowadays than I did back then.
