So, in late April, they released eight new characters for Marvel: UA. A question is... do these new characters also come with a patch that gives them simulator missions? Or are they unlucky in that sense? Also, is it possible to download them onto a PS2? I'm not too familiar with downloading stuff with consoles. What's needed?

While we're on the subject, now that I've played the guts out of my Marvel: UA, if I upgrade to a PS3, am I able to keep my progress from my PS2 saved game?

This is stricly for 360 owners there are new Dialouge in scense and ther are supposed to be new missions Seeing as how I just rented the game I can't tell whats new to whats already there but Its Odd being to play as Dr Doom when he's the main bad guy or as Nightcrawler when hes supposed to be kidnapped.

Actually, I wish I could afford one.

They are coming out with a gold edition sometime this month with all the characters in it but im not sure if it is just for the 360 or it will be on the ps3 also

I think the PS2 saved game would work, but only for the backwards compatible Ps2 game disc if played on a PS3. No clue if the PS3 version of the game will support the old saves.

All I know is Venom is a badass in it. I love his bite attack. Voice sucks but he's still cool.

Some of the voices are cheese ball like starks and Fury's but I like wolverines and spideys I hope someone makes a deadpool Cartoon this guy cracks me up. For Future Games like this Iwould wish that the in game cinema scenes reflect the roster your using.

I think Deadpool would be prime product for a movie. Maybe as the devil-may-care villain lackey, but possibly as his own title character if the writers can hold off the angst that they'll inevitably want to use with this guy's backstory

I think Deadpool would be prime product for a movie. Maybe as the devil-may-care villain lackey, but possibly as his own title character if the writers can hold off the angst that they'll inevitably want to use with this guy's backstory

Deadpool would be a great movie. But thinking about it, I doubt it will be made. To do the movie right, which is what Ryan Reynolds and the guy who wants to produce the movie(I think Avi) want to do, it would have to be rated R, for the sheer amount of violence that goes on in the comics. The budget would have to be pretty big considering. Not to mention, the only people who really know about Deadpool are comic readers or fans. So even though Deadpool is awesome and has a sort of cult following, it wouldn't be enough for Marvel to judge it worthy of being made into a film.

Although hopefully, it gets out of developmental hell and is able to be made.

And being able to play as Venom in Marvel UA? Sweet, I may have to pick the game up.

THe reason I dont think Deadpool would work as a movie is because its a franchise that prides itself on not taking it self seriously It would almost have to be a spoof and you know Hollywood doesn't have the stones to make something like that. It would be like making a feature film with the Tick.

It's all in the presentation. Maybe not so much a spoof as a satire. If anything, maybe they could pass it to an independent developer to see what they come up with.

I had to take the Game back today overall a very enjoyable experience I think I will buy it as soon as I beat Okami. My only problem is

A. You dont have a plce to store Items like before.

B. It seems as if there are some parts of missions you can not return to. (Dr. Dooms Faux Castle) This game is your average Dungeon Crawler but You can go wrong with Baldars Gate mixed with Marvel Superheroes.
