wow, that was hilarious.. that guy has some hate for MP Megs. But, that is why I'm not transforming mine.

I went to the Howell KB Outlet tonight, they didn't have anything but the guy said they would be getting another shipment of the older Marvel Legends on Monday.

Brighton Target has Movie Preview Optimus Prime and Starscream (I looked up the DPCI). They wouldn't sell them to me though, said I would have to come back on Sunday.

So......My girlfriend called the Okemos Target, gave them the DPCI and they pulled 2x of Optimus Prime and Starscream for me, had them waiting at the service desk!





EDIT: I also picked up a 30th Anniversary Star Wars Advanced Tie Fighter at the Brighton Target. Finally found one that had a box that wasn't all beat to hell!

EDIT: Just finished watching it and I must say, that's terribly sad what happened to his MP Megatron but I've had no serious problems transforming mine. Granted, with the excessive force required to to do some of the pieces, I have been worried about breaking it.

Well, once again, no new Alts at the Taylor WM. I finally talked to the "guy", who said that they had them, but they "sold out fast"(I call bullshit...), because the woman I talked to prior said that they never even got them. The guy obviously thinks that I'm stupid...he said, "Don't worry, we're getting more Transfomers for the movie." (Because, you know, a transformer is a transformer...I should be happy to get whatever scraps are leftover after these self-righteous wage slaves clean the place out... ).

After I that I went to customer service to see if they were getting more, but of course customer service is nonexistant at that pustule of a retail store. The best that I could get was: "I can can call the other stores in the area to see if they have them." Why? What good does that do me? It isn't like they are going to hold them for me...

You guys know that I'm normally not a Hasbro basher. But thanks alot, Hasbro. Thanks for making the last two Alts exclusive to a place where you can't even buy them due to theft and corruption. I have been to that store 3-4 times a week for almost two months now, and do I get my time back? Do I get my gas money back? Do I even get a hint of interest from employees who damn well know what I'm there looking for? No. Way to make an informed business decision, assholes.

I **** hate WalMart as it is...but now you force me to go in there several times a week and still not find what they are **** supposed to be carrying. Then I have to deal with these whiny employees, who let the dealers come in and just take everything, and then wonder why they have collectors bothering them all of the time. You know what? Don't like your job? **** quit. If you had actually studied in high school instead of getting high in the bathroom, you might not be trying to raise 4 kids on $8/hr. They're only going to fire you the minute you get to a livable wage, anyway. Stop supporting that sorry excuse for a corporation, and who knows, they might actually start treating you better.

actually i've heard that same story from someone else about the taylor walmart. the scalpers came in late at night when the pallets were being stocked and completely wiped them out. it's puzzling that all the big walmarts didn't get more. i'm convinced that the one in howell is going to get in a bunch (unless they REALLY did send them back aieeee!) eventually.

Nah, you just got lucky. It happens, but thats first catch for me in a couple months. Let that be a lesson to you though Boon. Try to steel crap in "my" store and I'll drop the hammer on ya

How many people actually still need Rumbles? I have pretty good luck finding them and have a good source in Pittsburgh that might be able to hook people up. Just tell me, Noob, or RC13 and I'll see what I can do.

They were $10

I personally like Optimus Prime much better than Starscream. Both figures are pretty lose in the mid-section and legs, Starscream was worse though.

I dislike Starscream's hands, feet and head. I highly recommend Prime and Starscream isn't bad but if you could only buy one I would say get Prime!

The Howell WalMart still had a couple of Rumbles the last time I was there. I am willing to bet they have more in the back room. The Howell WalMart is the worst as far as getting people to go in back and look for stock.

The Jackson WalMart is my favorite, the people who work there are incredible. They will go above and beyond to pull stuff out of the back for you. When I got Devastator the guy had to get a lift, drive it though the store and back to the storage room. It was a good 20 minute process before he came out with the case.

He's not the only one though, I have dealt with several of the employees and managers down there and they are all great.

$319 was so worth it for botcon!!!!

That sucks. Like I said in the last post I made, the Jackson WalMart is the place man. The night I got Devastator my girlfriend talked to the manager who said she would find them in the morning and hold two for us.

Once I knew they had them it was on though, drove down there and one of the guys in the toys department got them for me. The next morning the manager called my girlfriend back and told her she had 2 Devastators waiting at the service desk for us and we could pick them up.

My girl said thanks and told her about how we came down and got them the night before and then praised the employees. She talked to the manager for a good 15+ minutes about how the other stores (we have called and went to) are pretty rude and unhelpful.

I always thought WalMart was the worst but the Jackson one gave me some hope. At least I know they will look stuff up for me and pull it out if it's not stocked.

Yeah. The exclusives that are only available to attending people are making me wish I signed up for the Primus package, I'm sure they are going to rock.
