Hmm...
Scantron seems to be my main rival as of late.
Guys like Burn, OTAGO, Metroplex79, SNAPCASE and SS14 are a bit more sporadic, owing to my relatively little playing time these days...

Spidey14 has been my rival for a loooong time (he just sooooo squishy !!)
Furcalor to a degree, but I don't see him enough to make it a full time real rivalry.
I use to enjoy Tammuz's rivalry, but he has fallen behind to make it a regular thing.
Dynachu/Dynamax/Princess Pedals/etc. has moved to "my favourite
punching bag"....just no challenge anymore
My old punching bag Daaron isn't on anymore & I miss beating him regularly the most I think
Soundwave can be a thorn sometimes, but mostly just with my lower level bots' & even then the fights are pretty even.
I know my Medic Fix wins alot of fights or goes down fighting alot, I am sure he has earned the most enemies for me.
