Someone posted this on another board and was unsure if it was true or not, so I figured I would post it here to see if maybe someone had any insight to the authenticity of the photo.
It looks real but you know how things can be photoshopped now a days.

i think i saw something very similar in the trailer...although i could be wrong.

Looks real enough to me... god this summer is shaping up to be a great one for moviegoers, Transformers aside.

Spideys' gonna get his ass kicked.

Looks real enough to me. This whole years gonna be good for movies. Just went to see Hot Fuzz last Saturday night, got Ghost Rider to see as well, Theres the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie in a couple of weeks, Pirates of the Carribean 3, Spider Man 3, Fantastic Four 2, Run, Fatboy, Run(another Simon Pegg movie), 300, and of course, the big tamale...Transformers.

The symbiote looks a bit smooth. I thought Venom was gonna be all bumpy and webby like movie Spidey's black suit(which I dislike, cause it's pretty lame). Either way though, I think it's a dream, and not an actual event, cause unless this is a 2.5-3 hour movie or is just gonna be mostly action, how can Spider-Man tangle with Harry, Sandman, and Venom all in the same movie?

Spidey 3's gonna rock, and is definitely one of my most anticipated movie's of the year, a slight bit ahead of Transformers even.

I read the spoiler synopsis from the film and I can assure you that this is not a dream sequence.
Up close his costume is bumpy like spideys is except it has the gooed up look of venom.

I reckon Black spidey will make quick work of Sandman, leaving time to deal with Harry before Venom makes his grand appearance. I was worried they would leave Venom bonding with Brock as the ending to leave it open for Spidey 4. Guess I needn't have worried. And, he has the white emblon on his chest. YES!! Venom is awesome. Second fav guy. Glad Sam Raimi is such a fan of Spidey and he is keeping them close to the original mythos.

VENOM HAS ARRIVED PEOPLE!!!

I can't wait for this movie!

You've just summed up my fears of the upcoming movie. I'm worried the storyline will be way too convoluted.

It's a realy pic. I'm still not all that happy with the way he looks but it'll work.

Transformers is, and always has been, taking such a backseat to Spidey.

Movie of the summer right here. I remember walking out of Spidey 1 with my girl and saying "I hope they do Venom for 3."

It's on like a big barrel-throwing ape now.

I think I'm more excited for TMNT than any other movie this summer. Then Transformers. Then SM3. Then Fantastic Four. And then later on this year AvP2.

SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT I heard in the Finale Spidey has to fight Venom and Sandman at the same time and Harry comes to save his bacon and Kills the sandman but gets killed by Venom making it one on one.

Damn it. I thought I knew all of that and kept right on reading like an idiot.

I was looking forward to TMNT, but the fact the trailer showed a belch gag has put me completely off.

I was just wondering, in the comics, Sandman was killed by a poisonous bite from Venom. Is it possible that may happen in the movie?

when are the spiderman3 action figures to be released????

It's possible but doubtful. If the theme of the movie is forgiveness and revenge I can see Sandman surviving.

Anywho, Sandman did eventually come back and now it seems Joe Q wants to tie in Uncle Ben's real killer with the movie.

Oooh, this will be a good summer after all. I still can't get over how Hollywood has downsized Venom by using Topher Grace as Eddie Brock. Venom has a small lower body, while he has the upper body of Arnold or any other Wrestler. Still, if wen can't fix Megatron's facem, we can't Venom's body. Oh well.
