*preface* I have not (nor will I ever) see the second Transformer's movie, so I only know of movie prime what I saw in first movie.


this one is hard to call since movie Prime seems to have two gears. First gear would be the where he jumps Bonecrusher and wrecks him in seconds. Second gear would be the "get punched directly in the face for 20 minutes straight without so much as fighting back against Megatron." gear.

G1 Prime seems a bit slower and more rational, and maybe it's my imagination but he seemed bigger to me in G1, and a lot harder. I think G1 prime wins it in the long run with a bit of defence and strength advantage.

Well, at least watch this scene. It's the only scene I actually like in the second movie, this is why a lot of people like movie Prime now, this is what it's like when he cuts loose, no one, not even Megatron, could beat him one-on-one.

G1 Prime is bigger, IIRC, but not by a whole heck of a lot. And both Primes have those two gears. Heck, team those two up and the Decepticons would have to kiss their skidplates goodbye.

I really dont think that this is an easy question because we only get to see movie prime fight a handful of battles and 2 outta 3 of them he came away the winner. G1 prime fought in almost every battle in the original TF show and we got to see him win and lose a bunch. They are the same person in my opinion and are both equal

Wow lots on this wall Well better through mah lot in. Hmm.... G1...1st and the awesomest prime of his time. From what ive seen g1 got some sweet fightin skills. Not only that but his strength well we've seen the pics have we not? But i will say this about movie prime. MP was a beast and skillfull fighter and also a skilled leader not to metion the awesome paint job but my vote is cast with G1 the Grandmasta of the Primes

Cartoon prime would beat every transformers A$$. Movie prime was getting his butt kick by Megatron the hole first movie. Old prime beat down Rodimos prime aka (white trash prime)with one arm. All the auto bots are worthless, prime always had to kick every ones A$$.

I didnt know what G1 means so I maybe off my rocker on this one.

"G1" means "Generation 1", which of course means that it was the first generation of Transformers, aka the original cartoons, toys, and comic books.

oh jeez this is a tough one. G1 Prime is like the greatest of all times, he's the one everyonf recognizes and has saved the world countless times. But Movie Prime is a Berserker! He rips other bots apart (given in the movie thats all they do)

If G1 Prime were to pull a powermaster on him that might be a different story, but movie Prime still has Jetfire so I'm probably gonna have to say Movie Prime

Exactly, that's one of G1's biggest assets. The strength thing that is. No other Prime has yet to do something as amazingly epic as throw a frigate!

Movieverse Prime is indeed very vicious, and shouldn't be taken lightly. To me, movie Prime vs. G1 Prime is sort of a stale-mate, it depends on whether G1 comes up with a good way to win out or puts some of that strength to use, or if movie Prime manages to get to G1's face or cuts away with his hooks and blades.

He'd probably let G1 think he was down, then stab him in the neck when he wasn't looking or something

Fair or street, G1 Prime is simply stronger and tougher than movie-verse Prime. He's skilled, also] has a vicious streak and will gut movie Prime with his axe.

He's been at war for five million years. He'll have no problem getting down and dirty.

Movie is bigger so he ought to win.
