Robotic voice affects to be on tformers?

Im just tossing this out there but from comparing the voice on optimus prime at the end of the trailer to voice in the tv show was that deeping robotic voice rasping was alittle less affective. This really is what i belive was changed. This to me poses the question of any voice affects that might be added on any other voices.

The line at the end of the trailer was taken from the contest to "Make Prime Speak". None of them had any audio effects added to them, they're pure Cullen.
The 20 minutes of footage shown to various peoples is said to have a metallic sound when Prime speaks. Whether that's a work in progress or final audio, who knows?
If you're confused, Cullen is just that awesome even without any robot voice effects.
