Ronnie James Dio, legendary vocalist for Black Sabbath, Heaven & Hell and Dio, has died after a battle with stomach cancer, according to his wife, Wendy Dio. He was 67 years old.

Today is one of the blackest days in the history of metal :-(

RIP Dio.

R.I.P. Dio. Right now, I'm listening to Sign of the Southern Cross, while mourning.

"Fade away, fade away..." It feels harsh to even sing that line right now. :sad:

Whoa. !!! I really don't know what to say about *this*. One of the ones I least expected to go.

Dio was an awesome band. I have to admit I was a bigger fan of Ozzy's Black Sabbath, but Dio was still great wherever he went.
