If you dont want it anymore you can send it to me  But to be fare Voyager messed with history as well. The two part "Future's End" had them going back in time to the year 1996.That was supposed to be during the Eugenics Wars.
Khan Noonien Singh and his "supermen" had control of over a quarter of the entire planet—from Southeast Asia to the Middle East and they were bombing whole populations out of existence and the entire planet was threatened with a new Dark Age.How the hell did we not see some kind of evidence of the war.

Yep true that...

and I hated that girl in the episode using the term Groovy

It's possible that the war could have been over with when Voyager arrived.

In reference to Enterprise, they screwed a lot of stuff up.

Phase pistols/cannons and photonic warheads were not even supposed to be in existence, they were supposed to be using lasers and missiles.

According to The Balance of Terror, viewscreens weren't invented until after the Romulan War.

Transporters: not only were they not supposed to exist either, but they functioned incorrectly. In one of the episodes where they are in Xindi space, the MACOs raid a ship and their leader is shot during the beaming proccess and then dies from the wound. In all other series the beam would have passed harmlessly through the particle stream.

The Borg's nanites being beaten by a doctor 200 years behind the technological timeline? Come on

Time travel: The show relied WAY too much on time travel to provide plot. I thought the show was supposed to be about Starfleet's early explorations, not here we go to save/screw with the future again

I agree that it didn't feel like Trek, at least until the 4th series, but it was still a good show none the less.

As for the transporter comment, the guy got shot because he hadn't dematerialised properly. If it was a second or two later, he would have survived without harm. But he was still a solid lump in the transporter beam at that point.

Voyager was my least fav. They had some great eps like Scorpion and Year of Hell, but overall it was terrible. Far too much technobably with detestable characters. The Doc, Seven, and to a lesser extent Chakotay were the only people that didn't irritate me no ends.

And I just realised I never answered the original question.

Klingons are more fun to watch and I would rather have them on my side in a war, but I would rather live with a Cardassian. More civilised, not going to start a bar fight, don't have to worry about insulting their honour all the time, and they don't eat plates of live worms.

The Encyclopedia is great for people and things in the Trek'verse, but it does a horrible job for a timeline. So I've never taken that as gospel.
Star Trek contradicted itself long before Enterprise came along. Looking at the timeline from the Encylopedia, the first Earth vessel reached the edge of the galaxy only a few years after Zephram Cochran's first transwarp flight. It just doesn't jive. Hell, if it is supposed to take Voyager 70 years to reach home from the Delta quadrant, how does the original Enterprise reach the edge of the galaxy in "Where no man has gone before" to the center of the galaxy in "The final frontier" in just a couple of decades? Hell, Voyager, with it's superior warp drive and technology, should have been back in time for lunch.
And then there was "Future's End" in which the Eugenetics wars were supposed to be happening at that time. There wasn't even a reference to the event. (there is a theory that the time ship falling into Starlings hands somehow changed history, and the event of Kahn may have been minimized or happened at a latter date.)
Enterprise didn't destroy anything that wasn't already broken up by later Star Trek series. And I don't take everything Spook says as absolute fact when half the stuff he's said was later contradicted by other sources to begin with.
I kind of find it funny that people are so unforgiving towards Enterprise (which plots are vastly superior to TOS) and are much more forgiving towards the TOS contrived continuity.

Here's a little Trek/Real Life/Conspiracy nugget for you guys:

Khan was played by Ricardo Montalban in both the Original Series episode "Space Seed" and the movie "Wrath of Khan." He was one of Captain Kirk's greatest enemies.

Ricardo Montalban went on to play a character named Mr. Roarke in a television series called "Fantasy Island" that ran on ABC from 1978-1984.

Dr. Tolian Soran from the movie Star Trek: Generations was played by Malcolm McDowell. He became famous for being "the man who killed Kirk."

Malcolm McDowell went on to play a character named Mr. Roarke in a shortlived television series called "Fantasy Island" than ran on ABC from 1998 to 1999.

Eddie Murphy was rumored to be cast for The Voyage Home during production but was eventually cut from the project.

Eddie Murphy has been cast in a feature film version of the television series "Fantasy Island." He will be playing multiple roles including, of course, Mr. Roarke.

It's a conspiracy I tell you! A Conspiracy!!

This is what happened. Paris got his timeframes mixed up, which is when what's her name first started to suspect. She said No one says groovy anymore. Remember he was more a 50's/60's man when (so I'm told) people said groovy.

Enterprise should not be picked on like it is. People never really gave the show a chance. Yeah, it had it's weak moments, what show doesn't? But I find it to be a great show, well written and nicely acted, even if it does screw up trek timeline slightly.

Temporal wars will do that to a time line.
