Star trek wins. I hate to go in favior of the humans, but picard was fought a God (Q) and won. Need I say more. If so I guess they could just send out magnets.

The Transformers are the most advanced. They could hack all the others and control their tech. It would take a long time because the galaxy is HUGE. The Transformers would have to build a colossal fleet of drones to reach all the enemies within a reasonable timeframe. However, Transformers can live for a long time and could pursue their enemies for millions of years if necessary. Sorry Trekkers but you'd lose!
