That was to Omega Charge as well. I guess I should have been clearer on that.

I did watch the game last night, and they did not look as strong as usual. I think that's something else that drives me nuts about them. They get outplayed quite often and still win. I know that's what great teams do, but it just doesn't seem right. I've never before seen a team win a game because a penalty on their side ended up helping them! I mean come on! Penalties are supposed to hurt you, not give you another shot at winning! That game was the first (and hopefully only) time that I've rooted for the Ravens.

And it's all because of that stupid tuck rule. Can you imagine what the Pats may be like if the officials had called that a fumble like it should have been?

We are nearly to the Super Bowl...THANK GOD. I tell you what, they really need to ditch that extra week between the conference championiships and the SB...all it does is get REALLLY annoying. Get rid of the media who are there trying to create names for themselves ("Marry me Tom Brady! I wore my frickin wedding dress!). If you aren't going to take the game seriously, so blow yourself in some quite corner of the world and leave us alone!

That being said, it's Friday: two days to game time. Time for predictions! w00t!

I PREDICT...that I will root for the Giants to beat the crap out of the Pats. I still think the Hoodie cheats and is stealing signs, though I can't prove it. But he did it once, what makes you think he won't do it again? If he does, and gets caught, the SB and the season are forfeit. That being said, the Pats will probably win, 33-28.
It finally happened. The Chicago Cubs won the World Series. Yes, I cried.

the good doctors predictions:

the giants have been saying and doing all this sh*t (say for instance assuring victory and dressing for the funeral of the pats undefeated streak) where as the pats let there talking be done on the field. so im seeing the pats win and the giants, the fans, and all of you, shuting up about the pats once and for all.

and as for the continual refrances to "spygate" give it a rest. the pats paid the fines, gave up there first round draft pick, and haven't cheated since. you all want to be jelous because your teams can't get the job done, thats your problum

I still say they should forfeit the one they got from San Fran (#7) overall.

I also still maintain that overall, the penalty on that was not strict enough.

I mean, you said it yourself, they ARE a good team. Why the hell do they gotta cheat then? There's no excuse for that. If it would have been the Dolphins doing it, I'm sure most would have laughed it off. But having a dominant team in the league get caught cheating is just terrible.

In all seriousness the only reason I would want Pat's to win is for Junior to finally get his ring. Other than that I don't really care because I still hold to the fact that they should not be undefeated. But they are so thats life.

Not really, the Pat's have only been a real dominating force since 99 or so. Before then no one gave 2 licks about New England except Bostonians for the most part. The only reason people talk about the cheating is because it puts a big black spot on what should be an unblemished record.

Like I said earlier in reality this shouldnt even be about a Perfect season because the rightfully should have lost at least 3 games this season but luck favored them in the end and this is where it got them.

Guarantee you that if they indeed do lose the biggest sports headline will indeed read;

New England Patriots can't complete the perfect season when all is said and done!!

That's actually true. The fact that the head coach for the Jets KNEW where the cameras were set up, however, points to the fact that- since he was on the Pats staff before- they HAD CHEATED IN THE PAST ONE AT LEAST ONE OCCASSION. And THAT is why I think they are still cheating. To me, this taints EVERYTHING they have done in the last few years....and that really is more like Barroid Bonds than most people want to think.
It finally happened. The Chicago Cubs won the World Series. Yes, I cried.

I wish to further reiterate now that EVERYTHING the Patriots have done in the past decade is further tainted. According to witnesses, the Patriots illegally videotaped the St. Louis Rams final walkthrough at the SB in 2002. If this eventually is confirmed, I think the Pats need to turn in their rings from that year. This is getting way out of control...I guess the Hoodie isn't the genius everyone says he is without additional help.

If there is any justice in the world, the Pats will lose today. I'm sorry, but cheating in the Super Bowl is the Ultimate. If I were the NFL, I would have extra security around the Pats locker room and screen EVERYTHING going in and out. The last thing the NFL wants is a cheating scandal at their Show of Shows. But the Hoodie is just arrogant enough to try it.

My prediction: the first half will be close. Then suddenly in the second half, New England will dominate on offense as they will have "mysteriously" figured out the Giants defense.

By the way, did anyone look for video cameras at the Giants' last walkthrough?

(:| Not the Patriots, they wouldn't cheat. I'm sure it all a misunderstanding, we all know they are the team with the most class and upstanding citizens in the NFL.

BTW when is that pesky shoulder injury of Tom Brady's going to heal, he's been questionable for every game for the last 4 years, you'd think he would do something about that.

why, scared of lossing to a guy with a shoulder injury???

and i don't know what your worried about, the pats don't need to cheat to win the super bowl. i don't buy those allegations of cheating against the rams. why would they suddenly pop up now. there are enough whiners in the NFL (not to mention this thread) that if there was video tapping going on, SOMEONE would have said somthing insted of waiting 6 years.

i know that the pats arn't perfect. for god SAKES they got caught cheating in the first five minuets of the season. and how do you know the pats are lying about this. you don't think its just a little suspisious that they "discovered" possible cheating on behalf of the pats HALF A DECADE later? not only that but when the pats are 18-0 and AFC champions. although i sappose it is hard for you to realize these facts because your jellous of the pats. if we had a miami record there would be no contraversy

One final time. I am NOT JEALOUS OF THE PATRIOTS. If they had done this the legit way no one would be coming up with accusations, but the fact that they got busted in the second game of the season makes everyone wonder how long they were doing it before they got caught.

Are you just unable to accept that they arent the team they "pretend" to be. They cheat, lie about injuries, and are dirty players because thats the model that the coach allows.

If they had gone 17-0 or even 19-0 if they win today then it would be a much more fulfilling accomplishment if they didnt have all these blemishes on what is supposed to be the "PERFECT" season.

From that first half they sure as hell aint playing like a team thats gone 18-0 and they arent even playing like a team that should be in the superbowl.

That play was the key to the Giants win, plus the fact that their defense pwn3d the Patriots every which way... 8)
