The Punisher, Frank Castle, a guy who is very similar to Batman, but with very relaxed views on murdering opponents.

vs.

The Joker, Batman's main villain, and the very definition of screwed-up.

The way I see it, unless Frank lowers his guard, or gets hit with Joker Gas, Frank wins. Probably because the Joker doesn't have a resistance to bullets.

Neither does Frank. And the Joker's not afraid of guns. In fact he loves them. Especially Magnums. Joker's also a chemist so he can make home made bombs and never gas out of crap you get in the cleaning aisle. Honestly I see them both shooting each other to death. Both die no one wins.

Hand to hand fight: Joker wins he's way stronger. He's got the Psychotic Strength going for him.

Knife Fight: Frank wins as he's better with a blade then almost anyone else.

Gun Fight: Whoever gets off the first shot is just the last to die. Because the other one's dumping all of his rounds into whoever killed him.

joker wins if he can do a death trap and get punisher on his turf

It might be a draw.

Because The Punisher is a berserker and The Joker is insane.

Or Joker would wind Punisher up by dodging his bullets till he runs low and then triggering traps.Wind him up till he loses it and falls prey to a attack.

Then the Joker would win.

The Joker would win if it was not a draw.

The Joker dodging bullets? Even if he could duck and get to cover, Frank has full Green Beret training and experience, he knows how to handle and aim a rifle.

I can pretty much agree with all of this.

Punisher is looking for some kind of clown. Joker pretends to be a normal guy (Arthur Fleck), waits for Punisher to turn around and then shoots him in the back or head or something. Joker wins.
