One breaks down much more easily and has a terrible time finding replacement parts?

Anywho, I don't see this as turning humans into Transformer-like beings but like the cyborgs from GHost in the Shell. THey still remained human, had there brain (although incased in a shell) and had the potential for so many things.
I like the idea of being able to have a prosthetic body, as the show calls it, and have the ability to do so many things i'm limited to and still retain my humanity.

Thats Daleks, not Cybermen! But im glad someone got it.
I do like the idea of transhumanism, some aspects of it anyway. Living forever, not so much. But a bit longer and more healthy, thats ace.
As for the world bring converted into one big city, some people think that instead there will be a few very compact but well thoughtout cities, leaving the rest of the world to go back to nature, as it were.
I just know id like a built in jetpack/hanglider.
