Looks like Deluxe Beast Hunters Prowl to me. Why did you use a pic of the Legion class figure?

Only in basic transformation. It's been established earlier in this thread that the prototype was for a line of simplified Transformers for 2011, before Prime was expanding into a line of its own. Furthermore, the transformation seems to have been re-used for Gen. Legends Starscream, so what you're looking at is actually the original
