Earlier, we reported here that South Korea would see the upcoming Transformers movie released on the 28th of June. Well, now according to the Greater Union Cinemas website, it will be released in Australia on Friday the 29th of June! Click here to see the listing.

29th now .. told you that July 2 date was iffy. They never release movies on a Monday here.

Friday is a bit odd too. Could just be advanced screenings, but Greater Union are calling it the release date so... hurrah!

How reliable is that site? The rest of Greater Union's release dates seem pretty spot on.

We've had a lot of figures before them.

We had MP Magnus released out here, they never did.
