Fellow Seibertronians, a twitter post by Kusuhara (@ X_hara) reveals a Metalhawk resin kit being offered in limited numbers at Winter Wonderfest 2016. Since this is a Wonderfest figure, it is fully licensed - but only when sold at the Wonderfest.

Spruce it up with a nice paint job, and it could've easily been a TT release in the Legends line, shame we'll never get it :-(

Is this the mold I broke out the news yearsssssssss ago just around the time of Encore 20 or another version?

If the former all I can say is WTFrak?! :shock:

If this is another new mold from an indie but officially franchised source.........TT, this deserves the MASS release TREATMENT! :BOWDOWN:

Really nice for an (expensive) quirky model-kit. Good fun.

I wouldn't buy it as a general release, though. Too many flaws for it to be a retail release.

yeah, replace the yellow with gold plating or paint 8-)

I really wish there were an easier way to get these transforming garage kits. I know that recasters do exist and are generally considered acceptable by most GK makers, but I still feel uneasy about it.
