That Pteranodon is almost good in both modes 
Just need to fill out the Cassette mode a little bit and the wings could do with one more hinge to make them longer and sleeker.
As for that other thing...
Shame KFC wont put in the work to make them good, though because they didn't appear in the G1 show I might not be able to resist them

This looks impressive in all modes. how much do these things normally cost? can these fit in MP Soundwave's cassette chest?

Yes, they all do.
About 20-25 USD per cassette (cassette-combiners are more expensive of course).

Yes they will fit into MP Soundwave, even though they are Autobots.
Their names are Resound and Reverb.

Yeah, they'll probably be about the same quality as the other cassettes, but they'll do nicely on my shelves and I can turf the KOs that have been there far too long.

It looks like the head can turn around, and those elbows are double-jointed so they could function backwards. Those legs look like they could rotate all the way around too.
So, if the collector wanted to, this guy could have a penis.
