Definitely interested in the Striker parts.. not so much the Jet pack, you have to have either Buster, Striker or Jetwing for them to fit.
They won't fit on a US Leader class figure.

Jetwing and Striker are not cross-compatible, thanks to the re-retooled gas tanks on Striker. Buster isn't compatible at all as it's just the regular Leader with retooled gas tanks.

Whats the point of making KO add ons if they only fit on the figures designed for said add ons? I doubt it's compatable with regular leader prime either, so what's the point?

One can hope.

I only have the US Prime, and I'd get the sets, even if I had to mod them to fit my prime.

I swapped out the crotch and Abs on my standard nightwatch Jetwing Prime and installed them on Buster Prime.

You need to swap the crotch over for definite as there is a slot at the back for the Jetwing clip,

I also swapped the Chrome tanks over that are on his shoulders.

I am in the process of adding paneling details to break up the chrome on the wings

In order to swap the abs over you need to strip the figure completely, even pins,
I managed to do this without damaging the figure luckily.

Looks to be the whole kit-and-kaboodle... Jetwing/Striker/Buster parts + Hook/Sword too.

So, three sets are required to make the ultimate Optimus. Hmm. I would hope one of those kits would include the modified torso piece to change his abdomen over to the DOTM look.

I'm not sure you could consider this an homage. The Buster gun tanks are clearly a direct bootlegging of the TakaraTomy Buster Prime weapons. The Jetwing seems to be the same. Clearly, there will be some mods molded in so they all work with all versions of the figure, but these seem to be 1:1 copies of the original pieces. That's bootlegging, not trying to homage.

So why where the 'Buster' guns and 'Jet Wings' produced by TakaraTomy if they had nothing to do with the movie or anything else really?

Not knocking it, just wondering about the background of these add-ons which help determine their worthiness of purchasing?
