My order from KO Toys is 3107 zodconvoy, my package arrived on Friday morning. I'm in Ohio, near Cleveland if that is any help.

I'm number 3224 but I used the cheapest (ie: slowest) shipping but I still haven't gotten shipping confirmation. I guess I'll have to give it another couple of weeks.

My order was 2800-something and I'm still waiting...but at least I finally got a response to my status request. Shipped just before the new year.

Mine arrived 2 weeks ago (more or less) and everything was in good condition

Order: 3064 arrived today with the slowest shipping choice. In fine condition I might add.

Order 3030 arrived today...but order 2679 is unknown. And of course that's the one with the tapes.

Still I have to give heavy praise for Powerglide, and the KO devy is VERY nice to boot.

Which tapes? Because the 2nd set of Dino cassettes aren't ready yet.

why doesnt kotoys just sell everything on ebay since they still have alot of stock left over? its just i check ko transforms on ebay search everyday and theres alot of kos on there atm

so why dont they just sell whats left on there and give the rest of us a chance to grab what we missed?

Maybe because they're in trouble for selling KOs?

But, who knows ... maybe one of those anonymous ebay sellers is GenZao with a new name.

I made my order on the 14th of last month (forgot my order number and can't find it now) and finally got my stuff today. I got a Squawkbox set, Slamdance set, Wild Child/Explorer (Hot House colors), KO Joe Kobra Power Rat, and the two different Animated Arcee re-colors (blue & greeen). All looking quite nice...

I agree...it reminds me of the time this modern day Robin Hood stole all the cars from my friend's neighborhood and was selling them to folks for only a quarter of their actual value and then the fuggin' bacon came along and threw our hero in jail. For those who are interested, I just got an email saying that my next set of KO Dinos are going to be shipped out on Monday. I'm pretty pleased.

YES! I preordered during that brief time too, and I'm very excited to have mine ship out. And the set of casette cases I ordered too. Although it'll be at the slowest shipping, so it'll take a while to get to me.

And before anyone complains, I'm SURE they'll be available elsewhere.

Me too! Can't wait to get these guys. I think these are the only cassettes I don't have with the exception of the Kiss Player repaints.

I've been collecting them since the Encore versions ended and have them all, including the two different Autoscouts. The only KOs in my collections will be the Dinos.

BTW: the Kremzeek that came with MP Megs can ride Classics Ravage quite nicely.

Sadly I've had to move forward with a dispute on my first order, going to wait one more day to see if they respond, and if not I'll have to go with a full-blown claim.

Was looking forward to that animated Medic...if any of you that got a SG Optimus and don't mind getting rid of the box, I'd be game for that to put away my custom like I'd planned. :\

Going to bump this with a little added info, but my package did finally arrive yesterday and I'm happy as a lark: got the parts and box I wanted to complete my SG Optimus properly, got an animated Medic to make Bulkhead less of an odd duck on my shelf, and got my tapes.

And the tapes are probably something to be aware about: KO Toys did outright replicate the original packaging. Heck there's a mail-in offer for Reflector in the package and a copyright 1987 notice on the back. Yeah this is bad enough that people wanting the genuine thing could be fooled.

Some things I did notice though doing a little research that should help folks keep an eye open:
*The decep symbols are noticeably lighter than the official ones, about the same shade as the SG autobot symbol.
*On Squawktalk, the screws under the "A" and "60" are unpainted on the original, while a part of the blue paint covers them on the KO.
*On the back of the box, look for Beastbox's description. The word "testimony" is misspelled "testiminy". However, it's spelled correctly on the real one.

There you go, buyer beware and all that...

Serl güht. Thanks for the info. As far as the quality of the squawktalk & beastbox how are they? Considering tracking down those for the rerereissue Soundblaster.

They're good, the plastic is good quality and the joints are nice and tight. Beastbox has a few gray areas where you can see certain pieces were cut from the rest of the plastic, but it's nothing terrible and still looks good up close.

Two days ago I sent a question to Kate about the status of the last two Dinocasettes (since I got my confirmation over two weeks ago and hadn't heard that anyone's was shipped yet). It seems that the WSTF Blaster KO freebie that was to come with it held them up so they sent my order without it. For those interested they also say I can have him with my next order (if I ever make one).

Anyhow, I got a tracking number for my order and according to that it was sent out on the 20th. Good news for anyone who ordered them!

I also ordered a wack of casette cases so I'll post about those if nobody else does when they come.
