i use excite.co.jp,it does indeed translate the non-translatable stuff,every japanese letter is a pronounciation,so it shows everything as you pronounche it,konboi,scarge,etc.

Tramp, no offense taken. Again, I said at the beginning it could be either. I was just pointing out that comparing Cartoon to Cartoon (since Devcon doesn't have a toy) both have bot modes with red Detailing (Detailing = few little highlights).

Glad to see someone settled the debate. I've never been good with translation programs.

BTW, I will second rhinox's recommendation of the excite tranlator (direct link). A JP friend recommended it to me as being the best translation engine that she uses. I find it tends to do better than Google's translator. On some occasions, the two complement each other in translating a specific term the other doesn't. However, Excite's seems to regularly produce more comprehensible english grammar than Google's.

I'm not quite sure what the concept behind it is, but as far as I can understand it, the inner robot's been repainted into Scuba (Claw Jaw), while the outer shell part has got the colour scheme of its redeco, Ikard. Exactly why, I can't figure out.

Yes, yes, I believe they were. Which makes the repaint that much more confusing. And the shell part doesn't seem to be autonomous, so why it's repainted as a separate character is beyond me.

According to that link,icard is a pet of scuba in that kitbash,which is apparently fan-fic based,and they can combine,by turning into scuba with hoverboard,backpack or scuba transformed.
