Congrats! It sure does feel better to pay less than retail price for something you want, rather than MORE than retail price.

FYI - There's a Deep Dive hiding in Marshalls on Manhattan, I found him while walking up to the toy section (but didn't bother to relocate him); otherwise, Ice Cream truck twins. Ross only had Leader Optimus, I think they are due for a resupply any day now *ahem*.

Yeah most definitely. Now the search for masterpiece rodimus. I don't mind getting the takara one but I really want the better scale matrix that comes with the hasbro version but it is going for almost 120 shipped on eBay after all bidding is done

I strongly suggest waiting this one out. I remember when MP Grimlock was out, my local TRU would get shipments which seemed like every week when they were sold out, and this lasted for about 2 months.

So, keep on the look out, but don't start fretting until late Sept. You'll probably just get it when the TRU opens the new location near you. Again, all in due time.

FYI- someone reported earlier today on TWF that the Toys R Us in Marrero got their shipment of MP Rodimus. I didn't get to go out and confirm as I'm holding off a bit before buying (I already own the Takara version, and am sure I can find him later).

Good to know Marrero got it. Like I mentioned earlier, the manager at the TRU on Vets said they were getting a new shipment Friday. I'm hoping that shipment contains MP Roddy.

I can confirm that as of 8:30 PM, the TRU in Marrero has two Masterpiece Rodimus in stock. I purchased one of the three they had. I almost left without finding them, because they were on the lowest shelf, hidden behind the Ultimate Bumblebees.

I wish I lives in New Orleans so I could get me one! Oh well I shall wait it out. Cyber bishop I actually went to the one near me in baton rouge but I bought out their stock. They only had 1 of each. Later during the day I went to TJ max and got the red/white airplane guy as well from the RTS. I forgot his name but some reason yesterday was just a lucky day for me lol

Just found MP Rodimus at the TRU on Vets. There's only one left, but I stashed it behind the TONS of HA Skids at the bottom shelf of the Transformers aisle because I knew some of you guys were looking for it.

If any of you guys find another masterpiece rodimus. Would you guys get one for me? I would paypal gift for the figure plus money for shipping and gas. They had 4 in laffyette but as soon as I called a friend who live there to go and look. Some body bought all four... Probably to sell on ebay. I would rather pay a forum member for the help than the 100-120 price they are going for on eBay

Just out of curiosity, CB, why don't you like him? I absolutely love him aside from the fact that the backpack doesn't snap in quite as securely as I'd like. Everything else about him seems perfect to me. He fits in really well with my Alt/Binaltech/Masterpiece display.

Also, Jnguyen, I'll pop by TRU later today when I finish up some homework to see if the figure I stashed is still there. If it is, I'll pick it up for you if you're not interested in CB's.

The backpack issue is my biggest bug.. The other thing is I was excited to see him because he was something "new".. I kind of bought him as an "impulse".. Got home, opened him up did not even transform him (the backpack thing really deterred me)..

Oh I don't care if it is opened. I actually open all my figures cause I like to mess with them from time to time and display them. No fun in leaving them boxed unless they're really valuable like g1 OG. How much you trying to sell for cyber bishop with shipping? Really? Gift still works fine for me as long as it is an instant transfer. If I do CC/debit though it charges fees. If it does require fee and you sell the figure I would include the 3 percent no problem but I'm pretty sure it doesn't cause I just finally purchased a ROTF last week from a tfw2005 member via gift

Thanks for looking. My local one is currently in process of moving so I have to check back in September. I believe they told me that their shipment is held off but they will still get the MP rodimus but not until 3rd tuesday of September I believe.
