Oh they will. 90% of my MPs in the last 18 months have been through them and probably half of my Transformer related purchases this year!Bumblebee21 wrote:itscramtastic wrote:Stop giving away my secret place bee!!Bumblebee21 wrote:this website has prorders and usually takes $20 or so off.plus it's in Gainesville.

In all seriousness, Matt and the Transformer Land team have been awesome. I've had at least one order per month with them over the last year and I couldn't be more happy. He's getting my pre-order once they go up!![]()

Don'trelease Masterpeace in Australia?
Also I betwon't release it...........
(The only way possible is to paint it all orange, and give it an 18+ sticker)
UNLESS WE BRIBE THEM!

Jokes aside, none of us need Hasbro to sell it. We have seen time and time again that its no different than the cost to import it ourselves. Starscream was worthwhile but it was so poorly stocked few people found the hunt worthwhile.
Kurona wrote:Right, but there's some sort of laws regarding toy guns, right? That'd make importing MP-36 harder than your usual MP?

You mean on US websites right? Yeah I think something like 160 or 170 would make sense, pretty much the same as Shockwave. Although if your reason is only for security, your figure is fully insured if you pay using paypal, and HLJ has excellent customer service too.
But I stick with nippon yassan and anime export simply because they always offer the figure at the cheapest price (since you pay upfront).

However, when it comes to the back, I did not realize how perfect Appolyon was. He isnt fun to Transform but bot does he look awesome from every angle and he's the only one too. Looks like the most solid of them all.
But takara wins in terms of looks, I just hope its a pleasant transformation.
william-james88 wrote:Oh I have a question too, whats up with the designs on his crotch? The cartoon model didnct have those zig zags so what are they doing there?

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.
I agree with what you're saying about the flaws. And I also agree that generally the torso of Apollyon is pretty dang nice to look at. I also had CW leader Megaton as a stand in, and he did work well until Apollyon arrived. He still stands in every once in a whileCyberpath wrote:Whenever Takara comes up with an official release the flaws of the unlicensed versions become more apparent to me. Not that I don't appreciate the talent behind the 3P figures. And yeah, I hope he's good in-hand.william-james88 wrote:Thats a great pic, Takara destroys everyone with the legs, which I always feel is the hardest part for companies to pull off (you'd think its easy but I guess not). btw, someone made a custom head for Apollyon (for personal use I think) -- and it's such a huge improvement.

Glad that my MP Megatron placeholder was fairly inexpensive.. compared to those 3P ones.
-- and different enough than the actual MP; one being a gun, the other a tank. Maybe the latter could be his Cybertron mode.
If you're looking for a purpose for the Legends toy now that this new MP exists, Takara's got you covered with their Legends manga depicting Megatron's new Legends tank body as a new post-G2 form for him.Cyberpath wrote:Glad that my MP Megatron placeholder was fairly inexpensive.. compared to those 3P ones.

Black Diaclone maybe?Kurona wrote:Starting to wonder what mold re-uses he'll have since Masterpiece seems to find a thousand uses for every figure they bring out. Marvel/SG keeps sticking out to me as the most likely due to there being so few other options; maybe Megaplex? Gold version?
