I meant the CHUG Prime on my shelf. LG13 dwarfs it.Sabrblade wrote:But he doesn't tower over Prime. Optimus got a new post-G2 body too, one based on his MP-10 design:

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.

I think you linked the wrong pictures, there doesn't appear to be a translation.

Could any of the 3P MP Megatron torsos do that?

Two chains, actually. One normal, and one made of articulation joints.Ironhidensh wrote:Woah. If I read the translation correct, the energy mace comes with a posable chain. That is very cool. Hell, I might buy this for the accessories alone.

It's visible in the bottom-left corner of the first translated scan Cyberpath posted.Bumblebee21 wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Two chains, actually. I wouldn't mind just a few minutes back and forth. I enjoy complex transformations that you don't have to do in a specific order really, kinda just wing it and see which way works the best. AND minimal parts popping off. That's what I want.Ironhidensh wrote:ScottyP wrote:I really do love my Apollyon figure, and even the original MP-5 still isn't that bad to me. I hear that. When dealing with a figure such as Megatron, however, I don't think it's possible. The art of getting a good robot out of a good looking handgun is just to much of a process. I can tell you just by looking at the top of his chest, his sides, and his back that this guy will be just as complicated to transform.
For me, though, I like that.![]()
shajaki wrote:I hear ya about the amount of pieces, but I actually have a great deal of faith in these new MP's. After handling the new MP Hotrod with his locking tabs, I bet TT is putting a lot of extra care into making this Megatron a solid figure. The transformation looks daunting, but that's the only thing that worries me.Ironhidensh wrote:Too many gaps and moving pieces. Its nowhere near as clean as I expect for MP level price tag. It looks great if you are looking head on, but any other view (to me) is very cringe worthy. Meh.Kurona wrote:What's wrong with his upper torso?
As for how the torso looks, I don't see any issue. I am actually really loving all the clear colored pieces he has for all his stomach doo-dads. Looks beautiful. The top view of the torso is puzzly, but so long as its solid I ain't worried
