i doubt she will. they originally were going to put her in TF1 but they took her out, so i doubt would put her in it now.

In all fairness, they took her out because they thought that having a fembot in movie #1 would be too much to explain on top of everything else, and negative fan reaction caused them to take her out.

Only this time, fan reaction to the Arcee design has been, for the most part, very positive - so I really think they should put Arcee in TF2 now that they were able to set up the first film like they wanted.

If you want a sig in support of Arcee, let me know, I have lots already made and plan to post them all in a new thread in the next day or two in the hopes of fans rallying behind this cool character and her great design.
