From reading his journal, he has some cool ideas in store. Not too big on the VP but if its a nice addition that won't hinder progress, then go for it.

Hmmm - If I remember correctly, I've only fought you in missions where the 'cons outnumber the 'bots, and even then I don't recall my 'bots being stasis locked by your 'cons, its always been someone else whose stasis locked me.
