Whoa...been way too long since I've posted...
Ho' all!
I hope everyone is doing well.

Anyone know when the massive onslaught of ROTF items are supposed to hit shelves? It seems that some of the smaller items are cropping up here and there...

Jimotron! Where have you been?

Westland Target had the new ROTF robot heroes. Nothing else new. Westland K-Mart still has an Acid Storm if anyone never got one and wants one now. Plus they have 4 sets of the Mini-cons.

If anyone sees the ROTF Superion box set, please let me know. That is about the only ROTF product I want. Though Ravage looks pretty cool. I want to see more pictures. Apparently the first wave of deluxes for the movie were spotted at a Wal-mart in Utah.

I've been out west teaching snowboarding. It was a fun gig...until the snow dried up.

I dunno about the rest of you, but I'm liking what I see of the new Leader Class OP. It's what I hoped the first one could have been. Oh, well...guess I'll have to buy it, again. :)

At long last I can finally access the forums! D: Thanks to the mods for that; I was going a lil crazy not being able to respond to all the latest news of awesomeness...

So, MCCC, who's going on Saturday the 16th?

So I just got home from the K-mart on Van Born Rd. in Taylor and am utterly furious :-x ! I got there at 4:30am and they had ALL of the legend size figures from the ROTF line. I picked them all up, which grand totaled over $50, and was on my way to be rung up. When the lady rung the first one up, she got a message saying "before release date" and called the manager on the phone only to be told not to sell them to me. The lady then proceeded to take them and put them under the register, like I was going to grab them right off the counter and run out with them or something. They got my hopes up and then just totally smashed them, I thought I was actually going to be able to pick them all up in one fell swoop, but instead, they decided that the customer wasn't important enough to even try and make amends for the situation at all.

I know that I certainly won't be returning to that location for my purchases, and I would urge you to do the same.

Now, I do understand that the toys weren't supposed to be out there, but the simple fact was that they were. They had the prices on them, so they were already in the system and could have easily been rung up by just price alone, but the simple fact is that they just said that they wouldn't sell them to me and shoved them under the register. I don't think that the situation was handled well at all!

Kmart did this for the first Transformers movie as well. They put everything out on the shelf, but then wouldn't sell them. Nor would they take the stuff off of the shelf either.

That makes no sense from any perspective... Make people want what they can't have, deny the purchase and the result is that the customer will go find the product elsewhere. Bad form, K-mart.

Gentlemen...we're all geeks, here. Can't we all just agree that Wolverine and Star Trek were top notch in their own perspective genres, and equally deserve our respect for their appealing story lines and overall look?

That..and Star Trek was a bit better. :-P

Welcome back all. Must be Seibertron is getting boring. This thread used to light up with activity and now barely a response in a week.

I did buy a couple of the new movie Robot Heroes. I know I'll end up getting SOME of the movie toys, but certainly will not be getting every single one. Sideswipe for sure, maybe Jetfire to keep in alt mode forever...the trailers and closeness of the movie, make me want to participate some how, and I am excited to see the new movie.

So Jordan was born one week ago. He's awesome! And he takes a lot of my time. I am currently off work until next Monday, but we stay pretty busy here.

Hope all is well with everyone, and that we get more people checking back in soon, and talking TFs with us.

BTW, the M + M's promotional ROTF flavor, strawberry and peanut butter, is really good.

Westland TRU has the individual packs, larger peanut MM packs with ROTF packaging, and SNickers bites with yellow nougat (Bumblebee promotion).

Wow, those sound gross, but I'll take your word for it  Congrats on the baby! I dont' know about anyone else, but I'm in mourning over the end of universe. I'm really not looking forward to the movie line. Except for Superion, but he doesn't really count. I know a few of us are heading to Motor City next weekend. God Magnus, Highbeam and myself. Possibly tfpredaking and PQP. Anyone else? I'll have to give dr. noob a call and see what his plans are.

I probably will not be there. It would be difficult, but doable, but I think we don't want that much exposure yet!

Yeah Todd, I know, TF's are kind of boring right now with end of universe, and the onset of only movie, and the severe lack of anything new in the Animated department. The secondary garage people are keepin us on our toes though with all the cool new stuff they are coming out with.

Did anybody ever find Animated Activators Dirge and Cliffjumper? I thought I should probably try Kohls or something, because none of the big guys seem to be carrying them. Haven't looked online for them, but I am sure that they are there...

Did anybody go to TFCon? How is the Powered Convoy exclusive. I thought about buying one online, but $300??? I like it, but man, I don't know about that price for an 'unofficial' item.

It didn't work out for me to go to TFcon. I really wanted that powered commander set, but yeah, the prices on it are insane. I do have Henkei Red Alert in my Pile of Loot. and a few more things that should be coming in soon.

AS for animated.. I just want to see some pics of the Rodimus Prime figure. Did anyone catch the fun cameos from this past weekend's episode?

Yeah, I sent my POL out with Red Alert. He's alright. Makes a nice set with Ratchet and Inferno. Smokescreen, IMHO, is much better than HASBRO's version. NO red gun (it's chrome), only has very few yellow accents, and the deco looks much closer to the G1 incarnation, but that has been the difference with most Henkei Vs. Classics toys.
