Livonia Walmart has the Captain America, War Machine, Thor, and Carnage Transformers X-overs.

They also had some new Star Wars Comic Two packs, one of 3 Ewoks, 1 of two Rogue Squadron members, and one of an Imperial Officer and Amanaman.

Frustrated a little, because I wanted to do some price matching with the two Target TF exclusives I bought about a week ago. Well the Target in Northville/Livonia (7 mile and Haggerty) were not honoring the $5 sale. I had a receipt from another store where I found one set for $5, but they said it was a store specific special and they would not honor it (grumble, grumble).

Are store specials that are not universal usually posted on Target.com?

That's weird. Every other Target I've been to has the sale going on.

on a side note, one of those Ewoks is supposed to be Lt. Kettch of Wraith Squadron fame. Don't know if anyone read those books, but it was a funny joke in them. "Yub Yub, Commander." :grin:

The Target pricing strategy for those 2 packs is ridiculous. I would be pissed if I bought that at $25. I wonder how many of those things will be at Xtravacon priced somewhere between 5 and 25 bucks?

according to TFW the price on the target exclusives has gone up to $22.99. They are thinking the $4.99 was a mistake. It would make sense compared to the sale prices on other TFs.

I didn't find anything new at either Target again today but I did find a Universe Ratchet for $10.99 at the Ypsi Meijer. It's still better than Walmart prices...*sigh*

Got my MP-Grimlock, Alternity Convoy, and Henkeis Ratchet and Inferno this week. MP Grimlock is so awesome, I love how he basically has the same transformation as his G1 counterpart, just with a better manner of hiding the tail, and articulation thrown into all the right places. I agree with everyone that he is a little small, but that really is my only complaint, and a very slight one at that.

Alternity Convoy turned out really cool as well, but he has pretty weird arms.

The Henkeis are extremely nice, Inferno has a brighter red that still looks great, and super-tight joints. Ratchet is more of a blank/dead white that his Universe version, and of course, has the black crest instead of the red one.

I don't have any sightings to offer, the only thing I'm out for now are the TRU Exclusives. I'll post when I see them.

I found Darkwing and Countdown at the 28th street TRU in Grand Rapids. They had two of each. I grabbed both Darkwings, one for me and one for Chad. Both countdowns where still there.

Well, I did find a TRU Countdown today at the Livonia store, only one, and I bought it. No Darkwings, though.

I also tried the Westland and Dearborn stores, both had none. No biggie, I'm sure that they'll have them in droves a few weeks from now.

I would like my fellow collectors to keep an eye out for a DW for me, if possible, I'll return the favor.

I was just taking a look at the galleries for G1 Darkwing. I'm impressed how accurate to the original the TRU Darkwing is. I wondering if they had both Silverbolt and Darkwing in mind when they made Universe Silverbolt. Also realized, I've pretty much got everything I want from Universe :-(

Hopefully those few new animated figures will be out soon.

The Allen Park Target had two each Wreck-Gar and Atomic Lugnut, as well as two each of the Exclusives...I couldn't tell if they were still on sale. I picked up a Wreck-Gar for anyone that might need one, one remained.

They also had some Wave 2 DCUC, some Firestorms(the black one), some blue "Energy" Supermen, and one each Black Manta and Harley Quinn.

The Allen Park Meijer has Animated Leaders on sale for $29.88, there was one Megatron and 3 Bulkheads.

over the weekend i gave my TFM mudflap more yellow paint by covering up the 'con symbol and the black stripes on the crane and cannon thingie. he looks better now. he just needs some autobot symbols. anyone got any spare autobot stickers they are willing to part with?

oh yea i finally opened up powerglide this weekend too. great figure. i am definatly(sp?) picking up stormcloud now.

sorry I forgot to post this last night. Westland TRU had 2 Darkwings and 1 Countdown after I picked up Countdown. Nothing else new there other than a few star wars things I'd never seen before. Was looking through the newest toyfare and saw a star wars thing I want. I'm done collecting star wars, but the walmart droid factory set of Corran Horn and Whistler is mighty tempting. He's my favorite star wars character... grrr..

I am actually reading "I, Jedi" right now so that set was interesting to me too, and the DARK SPACE TROOPER Build a figure. Stupid, stupid...make an army building figure an actual build a figure? How in the heck do you get an army of them without unloading your bank account. Anyway, I'll probably skip them as they are not a priority.

I hope to see at least Darkwing there when I drop by after school today... Thanks for he heads up.

found countdown and darkwing last night at the roseville TRU. didnt grab them on account i didnt have enough money. if any are still there i will grab one and use my $5 off a $25+ coupon. they also restocked the ratchet/hot shot wave and the waspinator animated waves. i cant wait for more animated figures.

The local Target in Flint on Center Rd. had the Universe Deluxe class on clearance for 8 bucks or so.
they also had the new Terminator Salvation figures. holy crap do they suck! They look like they used the same sculptors as when they made the T2 toys way back when..almost look like chinese knock-offs

I preorded the FansProject Superion set. Can't wait for it. I even brought my Energon Superion to work to mess with. Here he is waiting for real hands and feet.

Even looks pretty cool that way :grin:
