Because it has an answer most of us do not like, in most cases.

Yeah, and I usually end up trying to spend the same twenty dollars on five different things when I make a budget. That's usually my problem.

Found waspinator and samuri prowl at the flint target on miller road today. They had one of each left. Also saw inferno and Leo prime at the burton walmart on court street.

Saw the latest wave of DCUC figs at the Dearborn TRU, only Capt Cold and Kid Flash, the rest were gone. TF-wise they had a Samauri Prowl, no Waspinator.

Thinking about getting a PS3 this weekend, I'm dying to play Street Fighter 4!
I told the fire to go **** itself, and it did.

Got my Alternity Convoy(silver) and Encore Sunstorm today. Both are really nice. I love the orange color of Sunstorm. Convoy is really nice. I think my only complaint is that his arms look really short when you pose them sticking straight out.

Westland TRU has Waspinator and Samurai Prowl, and 3 Animated Shockwaves, plus two Blitzwings.

For Joe collectors, they also have the new Resolute 5 pack, about 5 I think.

Plus, I bought Marvel's 3.75inch Wolverine Origins Maverick. I always liked Maverick in the comic. I am disappointed though, it seems he will not be in the movie, the package says COMIC on it as a category... :-(

COngrats Todd, I'm still waiting to send my Pile out, probably will wait until MP Grimlock comes...

So, yesterday, I finally found an Animated Shockwave at Livonia Walmart. Of course, I bought it and didn't realize until I got home that it had already been opened. With no time to run back up there, I took it to work with me and stopped back in after. I spoke with the manager and told her it was opened and I didn't want it anymore. She told me that customer service was closed so I'd have to exchane it for the same item or come back the next day. I left it with her and checked the toy aisle for another Shockwave with no luck. Then I spotted something I hadn't seen earlier. Two Universe Infernos on the bottom shelf. Woo-hoo! I grabbed one and proceeded back to the front. I asked if I could just switch them since they were the same price and she said "no" because the UPCs were different. I put on my best dejected face and she finally relented, finding an unused register with an active drawer still in it to do the exchange. Hooray for Universe Inferno! Boo for them selling me an already opened toy.

It's the 22nd so you have plenty of time to recover from all the AutoRama related excitement.

Heh. Not quite long enough for me. There was really only one thing they cut out that I was disappointed with but I do hope we'll see Zack Snyder's original 3-and-a-half hour cut on DVD at some point.

I read the DVD may have the pirate comic (availaable for purchase on DVD)/movie dubbed into it.

I found Watchmen pretty boring, but I am sure at the time it was excellent. It think it was trying to do too much.

Livonia TRU has the TF Mighty Muggs. One of each.

I saw a very odd repackage of Mattel's DCU Classics. Walmart had a Green Lantern labeled "World's Greatest Superheroes" with a display stand instead of the "Collect & Connect" piece and the back of the card showed all of Wave 3 with Batman and Captain Marvel in place of Nightwing and Deathstroke.

Just picked up the Target Exclusive TFA Sunstorm and Shockwave figures at the South Canton Target (the new one on Michigan Ave). I think they had 5 cases. The Target Operator and the desk computers said they were in Stock A, but the hand scanner said they were "Online Only", so keep that in mind if you go out hunting. I also had the pleasure of meeting RodimusConvoy13 when I was there. A great trip, all told!

Since people are talking about the Watchmen I thought I would weigh in. I like the changes they made. It flowed really well I thought. The silk Spectre II's actress seemed to underpreform and drag everyone else down. There were a couple of scenes that she really needed to shine in and she didn't. Rorschach was the bomb. The look the feel, everything just hit it right. Night Owl could of been a tad fatter.. thats just me though. But all in all it was a solid movie. I will however be overjoyed when the director's cut finally makes it my way. That will be the true representation of the movie I think.

On another note.. What if The Watchmen was a Saturday morning cartoon, what would it look like?

What, indeed...
