Again it would come down to size. Dinobot would come up to Armada Starscream's shins or knees. Dinobot is the greatest warrior of his era, but he's too small and fragile to fight normal sized Transformers.

Same as the other thread. If same size, Dinobot, hands down. But the size makes Starscream too overwhelming.

Personally I think even the size difference wouldn't make a difference to this fight. Starscream would be the only one left standing.
