Looking for the name of an older horror flick

Weapon: Double Venom Lasers

I'm not sure how old the movie is, but I was told it's insanely awful. I need to see it. The only real plot fact I know, is it's about scientists that saved Hitler's brain.

The title is Mad Men at/in somewhere.

I can't remember the rest of the title.

F**k that sounds hilarious. Especially after I read that German review While watching it you'll need beer, lots of beer.
