Purchase Weapons?

Trying to get back into this after a long time away! Nice to be back. Not sure wehre a lot of things are - where do we buy weapons, get armor, etc - I can't find a link to the FAQ/Help files on the game immediately, so if someone could post them here to get back into things great!
