The building schematics have been there since the first time "thefirst7" name was annouced. The main "new" things are the emails that have the voices on them and teasers.
Yes, the "Frank" bit seems to be a hint of some sort... about him being available to participate in a "chili contest" since he just happened to be available at the right time...
There are still a lot of button which do not work, so there's probably still a lot more information to add.
My guess is that we'll probably see more content as more advertisements become available (only a few months away now, so they should be right around the corner...), but that for now, the main new content will be in the email sections...

The movie was there since the "thefirst7" password was discovered. And I checked the movie's cast list on IMDB.com the night that password was discovered. Those two aren't in the cast list, so they're likely not in the film. Makes you wonder what'll happen to them.

The first audio clip is from the first movie. I can hear the hole "Megatron must be stoped" line. I think that the 2nd clip may be from the new movie. Perhaps this is some sort of comparison? And i cant hear Megatron. If he in both clips or just one?

Speaking of the audio clips, there's a new email with with a more translated clip. It's still a bit garbled by what might be transforming sounds, but Prime address both himself and Megatron by name, and asks for help to fight the Decepticons. Judging by the length, 21 seconds, it looks like the two previous clips were combined. Below is what Prime says:
"This is Optimus Prime (sound effects) take this device to help me stop the Decepticons, who are determined to destroy the earth. (sound effects) wants to enslave the human race. Megatron must be stopped, no matter the cost. (sound effects)"
There looks like there will be a quick response to this email. Dr. Howard says that if Lt. Col. Powers doesn't reply within an hour, she's broadcasting her message to call Optimus.

Well there's a new email on the site now. Lt. Col. Powers replies saying don't send the message and that Sector Seven doesn't run on "feelings". He also reminds Dr. Howard that as a scientist, it's not her job to make defense strategies, just to make weapons from the systems of this Megaman.
Evidently Lt. Col. Powers and Dr. Howard were in a relationship prior to the events we're seeing. That explains why he seemed to act friendly with her in the video.

I had a feeling that the clips synced up. Ive been playing then together at diffrent times and they seem to stnc somwhat. But i still think that some of it is from the old movie. Primes voice changes in the clips. It could be a mix of new and old Voice overs. Or cullen still sounds the same as he did in the 80s.

I dont think the new audio clip and the old ones are the same. In the old clips prime mentions Autobot city and in the new one he doesnt. I still think that the old clips are from the first movie and the new clip is a new recording.
