Los Angeles Filming Locations
They have filmed at the area of 4th Avenue and S. Main
Chicago Filming Locations
On July 9th starting 6pm until July 11th at 6am Transformers will be filming on Lasalle Street.
July 15 at 8pm til July 19 at 5am They will be filming on Michigan Avenue.
On July 18, 19, and 20 Transformers 3 is filming at Bacino’s of Lincoln Park at 2204 North Lincoln Avenue
Florida Filming Locations
In September (we will get a specific date frame) Transformers will be filming at the Kennedy Space Center.

Another TF news site said the shooting on Michigan Ave starts tomorrow, June 15, what's up with that?
I'd love to head over there and see what I can see, but security is supposed to be really tight, no spectators anywhere near the shoot.

Looks like theyre REALLY keeping TF 3 classified and above top secret! And its our job to find out what it is theyre doing before they do it. You know what we need? We need a team of highly trained spies to leak trailers and shots and stuff from the set!

Sigh,
They need to be more open about info really. Hiding too much can hurt a film more then help it, especially with TF3 going up against Marvel films a Conan Retool and many other films going at it for summer dominance. I mean they hid things from us with Godzilla and Cloverfeild, and look where that got us. Ferris B running from mutant raptors ala Jurassic Park and a weird giant radioactive Ostritch thing with a bad case of fleas. And then there was Baracka-Pool in the Wolverine Orgins film....at the least I hope Bay has got over his phobia of car chases...I mean your doing a franchise about cars turning into robots, and ya don't want to do car chases just because?
Man I'm on a rant-a-thon! I need some non-caffinated tea to sooth over...tee hee
