Yes..I LOATHE Ford and all Ford-built products....I am 100% a Chevy-girl!...So if yer a Ford-person, we may just be opposites...but that is not a bad thing, not everyone can be perfect!

I'm a luxury car girl myself. Driving the BMW was more fun than any Ford or Chevy I've every had.

I will drive any car, except a Ford product, but I will only own domestic vehicles (NEVER Ford)..........

I suppose I might as well admit how weird I am. Would you believe I'm not a big car fan? I don't have a driver's license and would be perfectly happy to take the bus or walk everywhere. Different models and makes are lost on me as well.

Not really big on non-car vehicles either; I can, you know, tell the difference between a tank and a plane or what have you, and that's about it.

And I like Transformers anyway. Feel free to boggle at this. :oops:

you guys can have your Foreign cars but give me a Corvette, Cobra Mustang or Dodge Viper (well... not really the viper cause its a butt load) and I will smoke you two up and down the street. Plus, I'll have extra money to eat afterwards.

That is of course... if your buying the expensive 5 or 7 series. The 3 series is ok but they start at what 28? i'd rather have an Acura.

Oh and.... I drive a 2002 Silver GT mustang. looks like we are enemies then! lol

wow...... all the season 3+4 hate. Those seasons were great because anything could happen. Most of those episodes are good.... if not better then most season 1+2 shows.

How many times can you see Megatron go to the water dam..... :lol:

Wow! Around here, you'd be rather home-bound if you cannot drive! Our public transit system sucks! Our vehicles are extensions of ourselves around here! To not have a vehicle is tandemount to being leprous! Poor dear!

Poor dear? Nah. I mean, I'd go crazy living someplace rural enough to need a car, anyway. I love convenience too much. I remember spending a week at my uncle's house in Michigan, and it was a 20-minute *drive* to the *corner store*. And an even longer drive everywhere else. Crazy!

Nah, I like living someplace I can walk/ride a bus everywhere. Don't need to worry about shoveling driveways, scraping up money for unexpected repairs, shelling out hundreds of $$$ for insurance, car theft, finding a parking space, sharing the road with nutjob drivers, etc. Just get on the bus, sit back, and relax. Or even better, use my own two feet and get some exercise and fresh air.

I can think of so many times my ex-roommate would extoll the virtues of car ownership. Then he'd run into some problem where something would happen to his car, and he'd be stressing paying out money, or swearing at other drivers, or getting stuck without the car for a while. And I'd just shrug and get on the bus with no hassle, same as usual.

Here public transit is a nightmare! The busses run when they derned well feel like it, so no one other than fast food joints hire off the bus lines. Cabs are HIDIOUSLY priced, so only the sickeningly rich use them, and that is only to go to and from the airport. Every day, I drive a minimum of 30 minutes ONE WAY to work, and am part of the majority of people that live far from their jobs, so driving your own car is pretty much a requirement. I do not much trust public transit here anyways because you see and hear about more busses in ditches and on the backs of wreckers than you see on the actual streets carrying passengers! They do a HORRID job in screening and training their drivers, so that is even MORE reason NOT to use the busses. And where I live, there are NO busses...the nearest stop in more than 3 miles from my house!

So, yeah....you'd go FROOT here! :grin:

Pyrostrata: Ugh. Yeah, I would go crazy there! Around here the buses are decently maintained, and we even have some new-design buses that have been added to the fleet. The drivers for the most part are competent, friendly, and helpful. The people who ride the bus are a bit weird at times, but I've never had reason to feel scared. The schedule is great during the day (generally once every 15-20 minutes for most routes); admittedly it is much too sparse in the nighttime (changes to once an hour).

I will say I would *not* be around the bus station late at night, but there's plenty of other places to catch buses if you need to be out that late. I have a bus stop right in front of my house.

Now, back in my home city, the buses weren't quite as useful. The buses and drivers were still quality, but the schedule tended to run only every hour or two. But, my home city was also just small enough that you could walk almost everywhere in it within 45 minutes, even the commercial district, so I didn't care that much.

Getting back on topic; Hurrah, another member of the "Slingshot is annoying" crowd! I kinda like Beachcomber, though. :>

Slingshot was a jerk. He wasn't featured enough to make my most annoying spot, but he still needed a whuppin'. Every other character with an ego can actually back it. Sunstreaker is a deadly warrior, Powerglide is a great flier. Slingshot just tries to act tough to cover up him being the slowest and smallest Aerialbot. If he actually had something to brag about, it wouldn't be so bad.

Warpath. Every "Blam! Kazam!" makes me twitch. Aaaargh.

I used to think Seaspray's voice was annoying, and then Warpath started having a lot of lines... *sigh*

I can't say I've actually been annoyed at any 'bots personality, though... at least, not enough to remember it now.

I've been watching season 1 of G1 on YouTube the last few days and one guy who sticks out as to not living up to all the talking he did was Cliffjumper. Every episode he appears in, this impatient doofus just wants to start knocking some Deceptijerks' heads, but time and time again, there's Cliffjumper getting his diminutive a$$ handed to him on a platter. He doesn't so much annoy me as make me laugh, really. Yet, how he survived "The Great War" is beyond me.

Actually, as a whole, the season 1 Autobots weren't exactly a real skilled bunch when it came to fighting. If it weren't for Optimus or the Witwickys coming to save the day, the Autobots wouldn't have survived to see the light of the day of next week's episode.

Blurr, Wheelie!!!!!!!!! Ironhide got on my nerves a little bit lol but i wouldnt say hate. But if there 2 characters i really hate its Rumble and Ravage, man these 2 always seem invincible, and it gets really old by the end of "Arrival from Cybertron", and it amazes me how they always get the better of the autobots, but sam and sparkplug etc always manage to survive!!

I've been watching G1 episodes on YouTube of late and just finished watching "The 5 Faces of Darkness" the Season 3 episodes immediately following the movie. I've been surprised how much I enjoyed these 5 episodes, though I get the feeling Season 3 is going to get progressively worse after this, though.

Anyway, little did I know that Wheelie actually achieved something few Autobots ever did: actually kill a Decepticon! He shot one of the Sweeps in the face with his slingshot and sent him spiralling to his *supposed* death! How about that: Decepticons can handle all the fire blasts in the galaxy you can throw their way, not to mention survive falls into molten lava, but poke him in the noggin enough to make him scurry for some TF rhinoplasty, and he's as good as metallic puddy!

Still, Wheelie and Blurr were on a critical mission together in those episodes......how low did the Autobots fall in order for that to happen?

What I found funny about these Season 3 episodes is how the Insecticons keep reappearing periodically. I guess the animators didn't watch the movie and see them get changed into the Sweeps. Plus, why can Ultra Magnus and Springer get disassembled into so many little pieces, yet be put together by the Junkions, but the Season 1 Autobots who got killed in the movie are toast for good?

So many questions....

Season 3 was a hell of a lot better than season 2 in my opinion.
