In the Avengers movie there's the scene where Tony Stark is having an arguement with Steve Rogers, where Steve goes saying "Big Man in a suit of armor, take that away then what are you?"
I think it's rather funny and ironic for Steve to say that, considering he was also made special by the Super Soldier serum.
So let's put Steve Roger's(Captain America) challenge to the test..
Tony Stark( without his Armor)

Bruce Banner ( never been exposed to Gamma radiation)

I would definitely go with Thor as the winner. Even when turned mortal in "Thor", without his asgardian strength and durability, he managed to steamrolled himself through a SHIELD agents infested teritory and beat the all up.
Steve Roger is definitely the first one to go, with his health conditions and allergies.
I couldn't decide in the second and third place though. Bruce Banner(Edward Norton's) is shown to be fit enough to go doing parkour stunts and outrun General Ross's mens. So perhaps he has the stamina to last long enough.
So I guess by process of elimination that makes Tony stark number 3.

Wait, Tony Stark... the man who made a tiny reactor out of random scrapmetal in a cave would be last? Errr... no.
That guy is MacGyver reincarnated, combined with one of the biggest weapon company behind his back and sufficient money to buy anything.
Take away his armor, and he still has tons of weapons in his warehouse.
The only man who could take him down from this group is Thor.

Nope, he is allowed weapons. Only his armor is outlawed.
And that leaves him with what, exactly? Oh right, nothing, he shut down weapons production. His suits are the closest thing he still has to weapons.
