Thats why i always give people 3 days to pay up, or i re-list the auction. You are within your rights to do so as long as you state the time limit in the auction info. Either that or if they use the buy it now feature, immideiate payment is required.

I guess I'll give him 1 more day to at least respond. After that, do I just relist it?

Ebay rules actually give you ten before you can claim non-payment. If you wait it out, you can get them in serious trouble.

OK. I'll wait the full 10. Not looking to get anyone in trouble.

Man, I've delt with dead beat bidders to many times. I don't understand why people do that. First it gets them a negitive feedback, and second they're just being a pain in your ass.

Once the dispute is settled, I'll relist this auction (hopefully at no extra charge). I don't understand deadbeat bidders.

Looks like the deadbeat bidder has been banned. He's no longer registered. I made a second chance offer to one of the other bidders. Hopefully I won't have to relist this Megatron. We'll see...

well... that means he/she was familiar with unpaid item strikes.
Get this one guy, about six months ago, emailed me and said he just couldn't pay for the $15 item he won. :BOOM:

Yep, I was paid in full for every single one except the BoneCrusher/Scorponok I listed before the movie came out. The next thing I know, the guy isn't an Ebay member anymore. I went through the same unpaid item dispute and eventually got my listing fees reimbursed. I relisted them with my other auctions 10 days later and they sold for almost two grand together. I bet the guy who won them first is kicking himself! Funny how things work out.

Tim, who was your deadbeat bidder? Mine was james55011

That sucks!!! You get your hopes up, thinking your going to get paid for the time you put in and this happends. I think my customs are not going to go for that much but I hope to get some cash back to feed my collection.

After closing the dispute with the deadbeat ebayer, this Megatron repaint has been relisted. Feel free to check it out. Thanks!

I can't believe that your second chance bidder didn't bite either! Hopefully this will all be advertising for the new auction.

If you could make hundreds of bucks out of a figure that only cost you 50 or less, would you keep it? I think not.
