I'm an idiot... please explain the ink washing process. Is that just going over parts with an ink/water combo cloth to give the figure more definition in the details?

Looks like something I may try. This figure is extremely nice. Great job!

You're not an idiot. It is just that we are looking at a venue that we don't have any experience in.

I just show up to look at the awesome pictures.

Blimey. Makes me wish I had the cash to buy one just so I could do that. That's a tidy profit - which is my favourite kind... :ic$:

my pitiful drybrushed reject, sorry, attempt, to shame.

He's got some pretty far-out powers to go along with them, too, including teleportation, the projection of trippy telepathic visions and illusions, and the ability to groove on the language of 98% of all known species. To uses his powers to the fullest, though, he's gotta be feelin' good vibrations; bad karma can seriously harsh his mellow, y'know?

Thats why i always give people 3 days to pay up, or i re-list the auction. You are within your rights to do so as long as you state the time limit in the auction info. Either that or if they use the buy it now feature, immideiate payment is required.

You should remember this one Tim...
http://www.seibertron.com/forums/viewto ... ight=&sid=
You partially inspired it!
As for the black-washing. I always do mine with a watered-down acrylic paint. Black is good, but gunmetal looks great too. Just slop it over your figure and lightly wipe it off so it stays in the cracks. As for the company that sells the kit for doing it- I bought their rust kit. It's nice and all, but for what it costs, I could do the same thing with regular paint and a little grit.
A friend of mine does all of his black-washing with shoe polish. He does it to all of his Star Wars droids and ships, and they look great. It gives you a metallic sheen and black in the cracks in one go.

I guess I'll give him 1 more day to at least respond. After that, do I just relist it?

Ebay rules actually give you ten before you can claim non-payment. If you wait it out, you can get them in serious trouble.

7 days is the amount of time you need to wait.
You then file an unpaid bidder report to ebay.
Ebay contacts the buyer. The buyer then gets another 8 days to pay in response to ebay's "friendly reminder".
If the buyer still fails to respond, you then update ebay and tell them to cancel the auction. They will then credit you your final value fees and the bidder will receive a strike against their account.
For an auction ending at $300+, the final value fee can be quite a few bucks. After a certain number of strikes, they will ban a user, so this can end up helping to protect other sellers as well.

Btw, great repaint. ;)

Maybe Dreamworks'll hit you up with some work. They're fools not to...
