I was checking my guys after the X-Mas break and found one of them had a doppleganger!
I had lots of names rebuffed because they were already taken and now i find a duplicate. Please check ifi am mistaken.

I see two Bluevolt's but War Hammer has obviously been here longer than me. Is this a glitch and will i need to differ my charecter to him? Also if this is possible how does this work for v2 with us keeping our charecters?

if a character is not activated for three months the name becomes available again.

Thanks Tammuz. Are there a lot of names that can return as duplicates?

EVERY name can be duplicated as long as all TFs with that name haven't been activated in the last 3 months

hmmm? Sounds like there is no official line on this. Il try and ask War Hammer about solo rights :wink:

er that is the official line, if you try to take a name of a TF that has been activated in the last three months the game won't let you use it

It did and was one of my initial bots. I guess the tinkering OS has done allowed it in some way.

Has anyone else got dupes?

I've been going round taking names for myself using the 90 day rule, I need one more name, and by about mid January I shall have it.

Stalking names has never been so much pointless fun!
