name identification of transformer figure

Hi my mum recently got me a few transformers figures from a carboot sale and i was wondering if anybody could tell me the name of the figure in the photo i know hes from transformers cybertron because theres a slot for a cyber key

It's indeed a Cybertron mold, but he's from the Universe 2008 line. He's called Heavy Load, and is a repaint of Cybertron Quickmix. It seems to be missing the Mini-Con, the missile and the drum halves.
