This one might be a stumper. Hint: it's from the climax of an old comedy epic in the true sense of the word. The credit list for this movie is a mile long and the running time includes an intermission.

It had some slapstick moments in it, as well as stars, but it wasn't truly of that genre. It was made in 1963. And, yes, that's the fire station. I needed an "apartment building."

Hmmmm, I'm gonna go "It's a Mad Mad Mad World" (is that enough Mads?) , that's just a pure guess based on it being a 60's film and your mention of it having a lot of stars feature, either that or the 1960's "Casino Royale".

Brilliant! Nice set up on that one, loved the use of the Fire Station, brought back a lot of memories.

I've got an idea for one, but I need to get some props together for it, should have it up in a couple of days.

That may give it away, hmmmm, it's neither of the launguages you mentioned, but out of the two Japanese would be the closest. The film has a few controversial scenes in it, but this on is the on that caused the most controversy.

No idea, you've got me stumped! I assume that this film comes from an asian country, as you said Japanese was closer.

That's right, it has been remade recently for western audiences, however the scene in question was removed from the remake.

Is it "Oldboy"? That's just a guess. I haven't seen it, I know it was remade with Josh Brolin, and I know the violence level was supposed to be high.

Had fun reading through this thread so I thought I'd have a go at taking a photo. I don't have loads of Transformers but I think this works and the figures chosen kinda fit the roles.

Springer - Tough guy
Arcee - badass chick (should have melee weapons but I couldn't find any suitable)
