Need help with identification

I picked up this sleek beauty a few weeks ago and I'm having a hard time finding out anything about her. She was sold loose with a weapon. I love the colors and die cast. Also, a scarcity of female decepticons makes her extra valuable to me. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

She looks like a third party toy

Not a Transformer I'm afraid, but from a Chinese line the name of which escapes me
