I just heard something courtesy of PvsP review that some serious yellowing developed on his Soundwave! I hope that is was just a really bad case of luck. Has anyone else had this yellowing crap on Netflix SW? My thanks in advance.

Again, not the traditional yellowing of hard white plastic parts in UV light. He and several others had the plastic in their joints (a different kind mind you) discolor for no discernible reason, other than possibly a slight screw-up with either formula or mixing.

It's not.

I have two copies of Netflix Soundwave. My own and my son's. My son's copy has ..moderately...yellowed. My copy has started to lightly yellow.

It's not.

Speaking of yellowing, my Siege Skylynx is now half yellow.
But that, I'm sure it was because it was in the same spot with some sunlight for so long.

For a lot of people the yellowing is inconsistent rather than all of the gray parts. There was a theory that the parts may be yellowing (or starting the process) at the factory under the harsh lights in open air bins, parts sitting on top would yellow faster. There's a few figures that have been found already yellowed in stores, Cyberverse Hammerbyte was notorious for this. Hasbro's designers say they haven't made any plastic changes, but they have changed factories.

It's a problem I've had with my Soundwave as well, I painted over the yellowing parts with some Warhammer paint (specifically Administratum Grey from Citadel Colours) and that has improved the look, but even so, a re-issue with the photodegredation problem fixed would be much appreciated.

Well it pleases me to say that my Soundwave is looking good and I hope it lasts!

I may have missed the announcement before, but I found out we're getting Scorponok reissue. It's 1 of the best Titans so far, if the price is the same I'll probably get him again.

The price will be way more expensive than the original one, but still on par with the Fortmax reissue.
