Appearance: Ricochet transforms into a black Porsche 997 Turbo sports car with gold and red flames decorating both doors and on top of his hood. His robot mode is black and white with gold accents and trim.
Profile: Ricochet has a temper unparalleled within the Autobot ranks and wastes no time picking a fight with a fellow ‘Bot should they say or do something that provokes him. He has an unnaturally strong sense of justice and believes that no Cybertronian should go unpunished for their crimes, feeling as though he is the perfect mech to serve as both judge and executioner. Unfortunately for the poor spark in question, the retribution he dishes out is usually so harsh that most Autobots are left feeling sorry for his victims.
Regardless of his anger management issues, Ricochet is an expert marksman who is brutally efficient on the field of battle. It’s the one place where he can unleash his rage and not be chastised for it by his commanding officer. Of course, that only applies as long as said fury is directed towards the Decepticons and not other Autobots. While Ricochet’s personality traits are sorely lacking, his exceptional combat capabilities have earned him the respect of his comrades. As a result, Ricochet has also managed to develop some friendships during his military service, even if they are precarious ones at best.
Abilities: Ricochet is unmatched as a marksman and excels at laying down suppressive fire. As a master of ranged weaponry, he can accurately fire any blaster or rifle that finds itself in his possession. With his precision plasma rifle, he can hit a tin can from a maximum effective distance of six miles. With his shoulder mounted automatic shell cannon, he can provide unrelenting support fire at a rate of 30 shells per second.
Because most Autobots won't risk conversation with the aggressive gunner, few realize that beyond his gruesome acts of war, Ricochet is a technical master of his field and is capable of using and performing extensive repairs on numerous projectile weapon types, even during the heat of combat. While in vehicle mode, Ricochet can reach an impressive 155 mph if given enough straight road to do so, but his true ability shines through when driving on dirt or gravel.
Weaknesses: Ricochet is rather unapproachable for an Autobot. His extreme sense of justice and lone wolf-style attitude may serve him well as a marksman, but when it comes to camaraderie amongst his fellow Autobots, he is seldom considered. It is only by his incredible skill in range combat that he gains any respect from his peers as the majority of ‘Bots feel that they can only truly depend on Ricochet while fighting alongside him on the battlefield.
In addition, due to his intense specialization in ranged warfare, Ricochet is all but inept in melee combat. He is physically strong, but without his projectile weaponry he often has no other choice but to withdraw when faced with a physical confrontation.

Sample Post: Ricochet had been at the training station for countless cycles, blasting each of the simulation targets to smithereens with his aim. Eventually, he grew bored of it. "Why can't I blast some filthy Decepticons now? I've been destroying these targets for far too long,", he muttered. After a cycle or two of waiting, he was sent into the field. "Finally, some REAL action!", Ricochet said. At the battlefield, he made sure each and every Decepticon there wished they were never created. "GO BACK TO PRIMUS, YOU PILES OF RUST!", Ricochet yelled as he demolished another 3 'cons and watched them drop, barely recognizable by their fellow warriors.
After all the Decepticons at that skirmish had become scrap metal, Ricochet was satisfied. "Let's see if they want some more chassis-beating next battle," Ricochet smirked and turned to go back to base. All the Autobots there made sure they would never cross Ricochet, ever.

Profile: Silverbolt is scared of heights. It is this one trait, above all else, that determines the rest of his behavior. He projects the image of a brave, grimly determined warrior, befitting his role as Aerialbot Commander. In truth, he is just that. But it is a constant struggle for him to maintain this persona, to never falter or show any sign of emotional weakness to those he leads. Helped by the sleek, aerodynamic jet form that makes him appear to be a natural-born flyer, Silverbolt knows that everything about him belies even a hint of the existence of his phobia. And, in fact, no one is aware he has this problem, except Optimus Prime. It is for that reason the Autobot Commander selected Silverbolt to lead the Aerialbots; Optimus figured if Silverbolt felt responsible for the welfare of others, he'd have less time to worry about himself. Given that Silverbolt is an excellent leader, Optimus was right.
Abilities: In jet mode, Subject's top speed is Mach 3 for a maximum range of 4,500 miles consuming the least amount of fuel. Underside is an electrostatic battery that can store random electrons during flight, which Subject can release as a giant bolt of 150,000 volts of electricity. In robot mode, Subject's electrostatic discharger rifle has the same capabilities. One of the few Autobots who can fly as a robot.
Holomatter Avatar: Arrayed in military pilot uniform, Silverbolt's avatar displays a young, well-kept man with a serious expression worn on his face.
Weaknesses: When not giving orders or fighting, Subject becomes vulnerable to his fear of flying, which can result in crashing.____________________________________________

Profile: Perceptor's thirst for knowledge is unquenchable. He will seek it to the exclusion of all else. Perceptor's specific role in the Autobot cause is putting to good use his specialties in metallurgy, electrical engineering and other sciences closely related to Transformer physiology in order to help put an end to the war. Optimus Prime considers this research vital to the Autobots' cause. There was a time that Perceptor was not easily drawn into joining with other Autobots to do anything other than his work, but that has changed. While collecting samples on Corata-Vaz, Perceptor and the small group of security officers with him were attacked by a group of Decepticons. Perceptor was severely injured during the skirmish requiring him to spend an exorbitant amount of time in a CR chamber at the Kimia Facility.
After coming back online he went directly to his lab and began work on upgrading his body. The modifications performed included forearm stabilizers, a new breastplate made from adamant crystal and an enhanced optic equipped with a long range targeting visor. All of the enhancements, along with his dour demeanor, have made Perceptor into a focused indispensible sniper.
Abilities: Perceptor is extremely intelligent. His capacity for data storage is second only to Optimus Prime's. Although familiar with all the sciences, his specialties are metallurgy, molecular chemistry, and electrical engineering. He has two different capacities in microscope mode. He can magnify objects up to 10,000 times as an optical microscope and up to a million times as a scanning electron microscope. Using his magnifying lenses to concentrate and intensify its beam, he can convert his lens barrel into a powerful light cannon. It can blast a hole in a cinder block wall 2,000 miles away with pinpoint accuracy. He can use the cannon in robot mode or convert to a third form and use it as a stationary field artillery piece. Thanks to his enhancements Perceptor has become an expert marksman.
Weaknesses: Any problems with his magnifying lenses will bring his scientific research to a halt.

RE: Request Dismissal of Internal Affairs Investigation #455.43]
I don't believe the incident in question [Cross Reference: Emergency Request #455.43, Iacon District] requires any further review. Yes, Blades did act with lethal force, but I believe he did so only out of necessity and completely within the boundaries of his duty. As always, he performed his primary air support function well. At the moment in question, he saw that he had to act decisively to save the innocent mechanoids in the market area, so he did so. True, he did take the unorthodox route of eviscerating the targets with his rotor blades in hand-to-hand combat, but it's no secret that Blades prefers one-on-one confrontations to long-range air attacks. Since the situation didn't specifically call for aerial tactics, I see no reason why Blades should be punished for acting in this fashion. The fact that he finds attacking from a distance unsporting compared to his “street fighting” techniques has never interfered with him doing his job, and he's always been a hard-working, enthusiastic, and loyal trooper—I can't ask for anything more from him.
Abilities: Blades has above-average strength and somewhat above-average intelligence. He's very good at his job, but he'd always rather exercise his unconventional “street fighting” style than attack from above. It's been said that he'd rather use his rotors to slash opponents than fly, and I can't argue that. In helicopter mode, he travels at 400 mph for up to 1,200 miles. In both modes, he's armed with two launchers that fire “smart” rockets; these rockets seek their targets based on digitally encoded images that they can record on the battlefield. In robot mode, he wields a photon pistol that fires intense beams of light. Whenever possible, Blades detaches his rotors for use in hand-to-hand combat.
Holomatter Avatar: A handsome man of about twenty-five attired in full helicopter pilot uniform, red and white dominating the colour scheme. He exhibits a fair complexion, sprightly blue eyes, and wavy, though tousled, dark brown hair. His hands are covered in strips of sports tape, suggesting the young man is involved in the sport of boxing or, perhaps, a form of martial art.
Weaknesses: Strong winds greatly interfere with Blades' flight in helicopter mode. Because of the punishment he puts his rotors through, they're prone to chips and fractures that require frequent maintenance.

One of few Decepticons who could be described as honourable, the aloof Bludgeon adheres to an archaic code which only he understands. He feels that each worthy opponent he conquers adds to his own abilities, bringing him closer to his ideal of the “ultimate warrior." His superstitious ways and eerie religious practices disturb many Decepticons, but none can deny his effectiveness in combat. Nor would they try, lest he turn his seemingly supernatural abilities against them.
Abilities: Bludgeon is one of the most skilled hand-to-hand combatants from Cybertron and is a master of the forgotten art of Metallikato. He has generators in his legs that produce disorienting clouds of black smoke. In robot mode, Bludgeon is armed with a high-powered energo-sword and accompanying shield, as well as an electric cannon (also the main weapon in tank mode). He possesses the ability to internally create electric fireballs that can be directed through his body with a range of over 400 yards.
Weaknesses: Bludgeon has no known physical weaknesses, but adherence to his superstitious beliefs and code of honour can hamper his battlefield effectiveness.

Garrus 9 – Corridors
"Yes, my lord Bludgeon," Umbra said, "I shall face you."
At Umbra's respectful reply, Bludgeon only nodded. He continued to carry the bulk of Icepick's weight. The Monstercon seemed more than content to let him do so, giving up the futile effort of trying to hold up any bit of his weight under his own power. He adjusted his grip on the Monstercon slightly as Umbra decided to bear some of the weight herself. It seemed that the aftereffects of combination were particularly draining on the energon reserves of the components. Or the battle with Overlord had also rendered considerable damage. In all likelihood, it was a combination of the two.
Inclining his head slightly, Bludgeon listened to Icepick and Umbra exchange idle chatter. He wondered what exactly was the nature of those two's relationship. Strange how willing this Autobot was to change her allegiance after four million years of continuous war. That would require further investigation later. For now, he would have a chat about his new disciple's less than impressive display of stealth.
“Umbra," Bludgeon remarked.
The black femme's head immediately jerked up to look Bludgeon in the optics, her faceshield now removed to reveal a fearful expression that had been partially concealed by it before. Bludgeon scowled. “Never show your fear, Umbra," Bludgeon chided critically, “Bare your blade at your adversaries. Never show them a moment's weakness."
“Yes, my lord..." Umbra muttered quietly in response, averting her optics slightly.
“Now as for the matter of your stealth abilities..." Bludgeon continued after he was sure the message had sunk in, “They are...less than impressive. Snaptrap apparently noticed your presence. You rely too heavily on your cloaking device. While such devices can be beneficial, they can become crutches as well. Never neglect the fundamentals."
Umbra said nothing but merely nodded her head in reply. Bludgeon considered the agent for a moment longer before turning his golden optics forward. They were nearing the amphitheater. Soon, very soon, he would be able to fully assess his disciple's skill as a master of diffusion. The prospect of such a battle...it set his optics aglow with anticipation.

Profile: As a result of his very disciplined training in the dangerous but vital job of thermal-energy magma miner back on Cybertron, Nosecone has developed into a very careful warrior. He's slow and methodical in everything he does, weathering enemy artillery fire with the same calm that he exhibits when his fellow Autobots criticize him for his apparent laziness. His attempts to explain his cautious tactics to them usually fall on deaf audio modules and elicit good-natured laughter, But then, Nosecone doesn't realize that his friends are just having a little fun at his expense: Autobots appreciate results, and when Nosecone finishes turning an enemy fortification into steel Swiss cheese, the results of his efforts are unmistakable... and the respect granted to him by his fellow Autobots is obvious.
Abilities: In vehicle mode, Nosecone's most distinctive feature is also his most formidable asset: his durabyllium-steel alloy drill can pierce almost any material, and it is virtually indestructible. He also packs two rocket-propelled missiles that use a videocom tracking system to lock on to targets. He's slow of speed, but his treads can carry him across any terrain and up the steepest slopes. In robot mode, he is armed with a high-powered X-ray laser pistol.
Weaknesses: Nosecone's slowness often lands him in the middle of trouble- namely, a Decepticon artillery barrage. And although his drill is impervious to most weapons fire, his treads aren't, so he often is left immobilized. He also has a tendency to overheat while drilling through very dense substances.

Profile: A menacing, mechanical monster whose presence makes any body of water unsafe for swimming--or anything else--Overbite is just about the most dangerous creature ever to prowl the ocean depths. And perhaps he's the most obsessed, as well, for he sees his life as an endless quest for prey. As soon as he finishes off one victim, he goes hunting for another. But as much as he enjoys his work, he looks to occasionally take time off to amuse himself. For fun he chomps holes into the sides of oil tankers and sinks cruise ships. As Overbite likes to point out, "The only thing better than swimming through an oil slick is swimming through an oil slick full of drowning fleshlings."
Abilities: In shark mode, Overbite is virtually unbeatable in underwater combat. His attack is unrelenting. His teeth and talons can tear through the hull of a battleship. His liquid cooled, turbo-powered 3,500 horsepower engine propels him through the water at up to 70 knots. He never needs to surface, except for regular maintenance checkups. He carries a freeze beam blaster that can trap any underwater prey in a block of ice. He can transform to an amphibious weapons-base mode, in which he can create tidal waves by wagging his tail at super speed. His front end converts to a jawbreaker cannon, which shoots powerful metal-eating, salt-based corrosives.
Weaknesses: Although virtually unbeatable underwater in shark mode, Overbite is quite literally like a fish out of water in robot mode on land. There he is slow, awkward and relatively weak. Needless to say, he prefers to remain swimming.

Robot Mode Description: Outwards, a standard Decepticon Cassette, coloured black with yellow decals and eyes. Prefers to wear a battle plate covering the lower half of his face to hide his expressions, he will occasionally disguise himself with a cloak or robe when amongst a species more of his build.
History/Profile:
Externally, Psychout has never been one to take anything seriously. He works hard to put others at ease, his small stature making it easy for him to be seen as non-threatening, an advantage he used to avoid difficult assignments as often as possible. Decepticons who aren’t fully aware of his orders, and even some Autobots, tolerate his company and the more chaotic and less trustworthy on both sides used to actively seek him out when they needed information, as it was Psychout’s job to know everything, including where to get a good drink and Swindles comm-number.
He wasn’t always like that though. Back home, whilst the war was still in its infancy, Psychout was one of the keys to Megatron’s dominance of the non-combatant neutral regions. Using his controlling power to breed fear and terror of the Autobots into those who were not informed enough to resist the propaganda, the expert in paranoia could skilfully turn a peaceful safe-region into a chaotic and violent wasteland ripe for Decepticon picking.
After a run in with Starscream who, with a platoon of his troops ruined a decade of covert work through their inexcusable ineptitude, he exacted his revenge by controlling, and eventually causing the death of, a low ranked but well liked member of the Seeker army. As punishment his autonomy was stripped and he was reassigned and reformatted into a cassette and placed as an intelligence operative under a little known, and now deceased, communication officer. The death of his handler came as no shock to Psychout as it was he that sold him out to the authorities when he tried to double-cross their regional commander, in a bargain to regain his freedom. Eventually he was promoted to work for Soundwave but his abuse of his cerebro-shells on the dim-witted Frenzy and Rumble for entertainment led to his deactivation. He was brought back online after an extended period to assist and watch over a defecting Autobot scientist with whom he created a great working relationship doing unspeakable acts to unwilling ‘volunteers’, profiteering from the war and developing his taste for the finer things in life. His autonomy effectively restored, Psychout was well known for his legendary exploits when consuming refined energon and visiting the Cybertronian strip clubs and his playboy lifestyle in may have been in stark contrast to his partner’s all work and no play ethic but the technology they created, whilst not to everyone’s tastes, was so successful that they were just left to it undisturbed.
It was during this period that they both worked alongside Bombshell, helping him to develop the famous Cerebro-shells that the Insecticon is so well known for. Whilst the shells Bombshell uses now are his own, Psychout was able to copy the prototype schematics and puts a limited version to use, albeit usually for his own entertainment. He is yet to discover whether Bombshell is happy with his appropriation of these designs, but in his usual fashion, Psychout plans to deal with that problem when it comes. Unfortunately, a surprise attack on Darkmount in which the labs were destroyed deactivated them both, and they were left inactive for a very long time.
Recent History:
Re-actived and returned to Shockwaves service alongside a very old friend, Psychout again proved himself extremely useful and was rewarded with command of a mission to a disgustingly organic planet known as Earth, given his own crew and tasked with investigating the destroyed ruins of Megatron’s old base.
Unfortunately, things did not go according to plan and likely due to the frailties of his extremely small size, a normally-harmless radiation leak shut him down with no hint or warning. Securely incarcerated by his bodyguard ‘for his own safety’, it has become apparent since his re-activation that this radiation, combined with continued proximity to the depleted uranium shells he keeps as his specialist sniper rig ammo, has ‘damaged’ a subsection of his cerebral routines. It is unknown how permanent this damage may be, but now he has begin to refer to himself in the third person, and has developed a dark belief that deep within his unfathomably vast cassette-memory banks a hidden omnipotent presence now guides his hand. To what purpose he isn't yet sure, however he knows it probably cannot be good. (Although it may be fun...)
Abilities in Detail:
Altmode: can plug into any computer-based technology and seize control of the system and any external connections. He is not undetectable though, but the lower the technology of the system the less likely he is to be discovered. This also allows him to hack into any connected satellite systems once interfaced.
Low fuel consumption: Even taking his extreme size into account, he is able to last for an incredibly long time on a very small amount of power, and is extremely economical.
Cerebro-Shells: As per weapons specs below.
Weapons specs:
Sniper rifle: shoots high velocity depleted uranium rounds with incredible accuracy up to nearly 1 mile (1500m) which can 'poison' metallic systems as well as carbon-based organic matter. His cerebro-shells cannot be used with this rifle. Tio achieve full range and accuracy Psychout must interface directly with its targeting systems which he must do in altmode, leaving himself open to surprise attack when fully concentrating on aiming. Without interfacing range and accuracy are halved
Twin pistols: Standard ornate Cybertronain side-arms, not very effective but when used together can pack a half decent punch. Carried more for their appearance than function, may once have been quite valuable.
Cerebro Shells Injection Device: Requires close-range contact for delivery. The micro-circuited device travels through the sentient’s internal fluids until it reaches the brain, whereupon it opens up and releases tens of thousands of connecting wires. The wires coil around nearby neural dendrites until the brain's conscious functions are effectively rerouted through the cerebro-shell, which puts the mind of the victim under the remote control of Psychout. This control is limited however or obeying simple 2 or 3 word commands and it cannot make the target act outside of its usual nature (i.e. An Autobot like Bumblebee couldn't be controlled and forced to kill a human as that is against his nature, instead he would most likely break the control.)
Weaknesses: His altmode is a memory stick. He can alter his transformation to allow him to access any required port in any terminal imaginable, but once he is in his altmode he is unable to move without returning to robot mode.
When he is interfaced with his rifle, and can get so focused on long range combat that he is relatively easy to sneak up on and a sitting duck if caught.
Psychologically speaking, he wants nothing more than to return to his old playboy lifestyle back on Cybertron, and is furious that the planet has been destroyed blaming Starscream, and as a result he refuses to trust seekers.
His multiple personally issue has begun to get in the way of his rational thought processes. Whilst it may only be a slight issue for now, he is rationalising it away that he is being ‘possessed’, even though as a scientist/technician, he is aware this is nonsense. However he had always believed a purely-organic planet was impossible, so he refuses to discount any possibility any more.

Profile:
An intellectual gifted to the point of possibly being an outlier, Nautica has studied more subjects than you can shake a stick at, from literature to cartography to moral philosophy. By trade she's a quantum mechanic—an engineer with focus on faster-than-light starships—and as such can usually be seen carrying her trusty wrench. Nautica is generally chipper, upbeat, peppy, and sometimes a bit socially clueless.
Reigning from the colony world, Caminus, Nautica joined the Autobots after her home-world got touched with the war stemming from Cybertron. With most Camians having already pledged their allegiance to Autobots, Nautica followed her friend Chromia to assist in the war effort in any way they could. Whereas Chromia would be leading the charge head-on, Nautica prefers to work behind the frontlines, repairing wounded or sprucing up sub-light engines back aboard the ship.
Abilities: Nautica possesses a vast knowledge over many different scientific fields, though her specialty lies within quantum engineering and mechanics. Though her alt mode isn’t intended to traverse outside of aquatic terrain, Nautica is capable of limited travel in space and over other various terrains.
Weaknesses: Nautica possesses no known physical weaknesses but has no means of ranged warfare and must rely solely on her trusty wrench as a means for protection.

NAME: Runamuck

ACCURACY: 6
MELEE: 6
TECH SKILL: 8
CHARISMA: 6
RANK: 6
PROFILE: Cackling like a mechanical madman as he streaks down the road, Runamuck is a tumbling, twirling two-lane terror. He shows no regard for drivers sharing the highways with him. His freewheeling, frenzied approach invariably sends them scattering like leaves before a hurricane's winds.
Spreading fear is his favourite pastime.
But there's another, more sensitive side to Runamuck, although he expresses it in a most peculiar fashion: he's fascinated with Earth's junkyards. He can spend hours staring at one rusting wreck after another. In his own twisted way, Runamuck places the same value on these auto-graveyards as humans do art museums. His fellow Battlecharger, Runabout, attributes Runamuck's characteristic soft spot to "one quick-change too many snapping some cerebro-circuits."
Considering Runamuck's personality, that's a diagnosis hard to argue with.
ABILITIES: In car mode, Runamuck's maximum speed is 240 mph and his range is 650 miles. He transforms into his robot mode in .5 seconds. He wields a friction rifle, which shoots a beam that has the effect of dramatically increasing the kinetic energy of the molecules of any target it hits.
Under these conditions, even the slightest movement of the target produces a tremendous increase in friction between its molecules and air molecules or anything else it touches. Flammable objects burst into flame; some metals even melt. The effect lasts for five minutes.
WEAKNESSES: Runamuck's reckless ways often result in his transforming on ill-advised occasions. This leads to disabling injuries sometimes. He's also afraid of heights

Appearance: Solarstrike has a lighter structure than the average Seeker, his main color is yellow with only his upper legs colored white.
Profile: If his fellow Decepticons could describe Solarstrike in one word, it would be "creepy". Constantly experimenting with new ways to frighten the Transformer psyche; often winds up terrifying himself into shutdown in the process. His work is seen as invaluable to his superiors, who consider Solarstrike's ever deteriorating mental state a small price to pay for the booby traps and relatively inexpensive psychological defenses he is able to conjure up.
Abilities: In jet mode, Solarstrike's speed is Mach 3.5, and he is armed with dual Seeker lasers. His ability to find ways to frighten his enemies - even his own teammates - in virtually any situation has more than once gotten him and his team out of a close call by diverting and confusing the enemy.
Weaknesses: Solarstrike is not especially reliable in battle due to his numerous self-induced anxieties and phobias.
ARRIVAL:

UNKNOWN LOCATION
"Gyaaaah!" The Autobot soldier stumbled back, seeing the large creature in front of him. It was a massive Scraplet. It started forward, sending the Autobot running. He ran, and ran, and ran. But little did he know, he wasn't getting anywhere.
Solarstrike watched on from the sky, laughing. He had set up an elaborate trap for this Autobot, and for the moment, forgot his OWN phobia of Scraplets. The Autobot ran through the forest below, not noticing the obvious. As he ran, the soldier heard the Scraplet in front of him. He skidded to halt. He had been here already!
Solarstrike made a mental note as the poor Cybertronian was devoured.
"Note to self: Giant Scraplets are fragging terrifying!"
He looked down to see the Scraplet climbing the trees towards him quickly.
"AUGH!"
He transformed and flew away in a panic, crashing just outside the forest.
"Note to self: Giant Scraplets are fragging terrifying AND WANT TO EAT ME TOO!"
With this, he collapsed from exhaustion, too tired to come up with another fear test.
