Profile: Nicknamed “The Turbomaster” by his teammates due to his absolute dedication to his squad, Scorch is Rear Guard of the Turbomasters. Fiercely loyal to his leader Thunderclash, he is courageous to the point of recklessness, despite having over 4 million years of experience. An old soul, he's a loyal and self-sacrificing sort, but tough enough to take the resulting knocks. Some say he is so devoted to his cause that he is capable of billowing fire at his enemies. In vehicle mode, his Fire Turbine Engine provides superb firepower. In robot mode, he is a formidable turbo-shielded presence. He is proud of his position in the Autobot ranks and enjoys teamwork, but doubts the abilities of younger Autobots, believing them too inexperienced to be effective in combat.
Abilities: An expert marksman, he is capable of hitting enemies over a mile away with his Fire Turbine Engine, which functions as a powerful artillery piece. Subject is capable of traveling at speeds exceeding 200 MPH in vehicle mode. Subject is often courageous to the point of recklessness, volunteering to go on excursions with overwhelmingly negative odds.
Subject has some degree of control over heat, capable of increasing his body's surface temperature to 2,000 degrees. His Fire Turbine Engine also doubles as flamethrower, and burns at temperatures of 3632 degrees, thought its distance is reduced from its artillery range. Subject is also capable of lifting over 20 tons. His armor is capable of deflecting tank shells. Subject clicks well with his teammates.
Weaknesses: Not good at adapting to unfamiliar situations, Subject uses teammates as a crutch to reinforce his shortcomings. Subject is reckless, often finding himself in exceedingly dangerous circumstances. He also doesn’t trust in the abilities of younger generation Autobots.

Hurricane
Allegiance: Autobot
Sub-group: Turbomasters

Alternate Modes: White Cybertronian Racer

Height: 26ft/ 7.92m
Quote: “Give it all you’ve got. There may not be a tomorrow."
Strength: 05
Intelligence: 10

Courage: 07
Firepower: 08

Charisma: 06
Rank: 06
Profile: Hurricane is responsible for formulating the Turbomasters’ defensive strategies. He uses his intense attention to detail and his near-clairvoyant forward-thinking to plan for any eventuality. Considered a brilliant analyst by his peers, Hurricane is incredibly intelligent. He pins his defense plans down to the minutest detail. His tactical predictions have a tendency to be spot on, practically enabling him to predict the entire course of a battle. This trait, while appreciated by his comrades, lends Hurricane to have a touch of arrogance about his abilities.
Abilities: As a white Cybertronian racer, his rear facing turbine engine can elevate and fire missiles at Decepticons in pursuit. The turbine can also generate gale force winds, granting Hurricane an extra burst of speed or the ability to blow any Decepticons on his tail away. In robot mode, his turbine engine converts into a hand-held missile launcher like all other Turbomasters. Unlike other Turbomasters, his gun still retains the ability to generate gale force winds in this mode as well.
Weaknesses: Hurricane’s meticulous manner for formulating defensive tactics makes the process slow and require some foresight and planning. He has total confidence in his predictions. However, when something that he did not foresee happens, this is shattered, rendering Hurricane confused and panicked.

Profile: Outwardly, Swindle is easy-going and good natured, almost too good-natured to be a Decepticon. But within him beats the fuel pump of one of the most greed-driven street hustlers in the galaxy. Swindle thrives on wheeling and dealing, working for his own personal material advancement at every possible oppurtunity. He tends to avoid combat in favor of a mixture of exploitation and extortion, and is one of the few Decepticons skilled at dealing with non-Cybertronians. He is solely concerned with himself, and most of his entrepreneurial activities are for his own personal material advancement. If he thought it were in his interest to trade within the enemy, the Autobots, he probably would. He is truly a one-robot “black market”.
Abilities: Perhaps Swindle’s greatest asset is his power of persuasion. He is capable of cutting a deal with virtually any unwitting-organism, and will use his mouth to manage his way out of virtually any danger. In both jeep and robot modes, he uses two weapons; a scatter blaster that fires a burst of explosive buckshot-pellets over a wide area, and a gyro gun that disturbs the balance centers of mechanical devices, particularly that of Cybertronians, severely hampering their mobility.
Weaknesses: Swindle's Alt mode, while dependable on rough terrain, is prone to overturning on sharp turns. Also, he has a tendency to duck out of direct combat if he sees at oppurtunity at a desirable item, such as a discarded weapon or a fallen autobot (all sorts of spare parts!). Swindles disregard for conventional rules and willingness to stoop to the lowest levels to make a profit can get him into trouble: The Autobots suspect him of having violated the Tyrest Accord on more than one occasion, and his fellow Decepticons look down on him for dealing with 'lowly organics'.
sample post:
Swindle sat on his bunk, he was alone for the first time in several solarcycles, it was time to check the "Black Book." Swindle slid the tiny data slate from a secret compartment covering his spark case. It could be activated by no other Cybertronian, and would become an inert brick if Swindle was to ever die.
He scrolled through the endless lists of weapons and munitions coming and going through the Decepticon fleets, either by his suppliers or through one of his proxies. The bottom line being profit.
Non-standard Chemical and biological weapons distributed among the seeker squadrons.
Illegal and dangerous high powered plasmacannons, that are prone to over heating and exploding.
Deadzone bombs, Dark Energon Cannons, spark extractors, Gear shredders, phase bullets, all warcrimes, all for profit, all off the official books.
Infact he had many other black books, some fake, some real. Some incriminating to others, but never to himself, he hid these to hide the real records, and throw off thieves, saboteurs, spys and Autobots.
The account in question was settled, one very hot shipment from an Archaeological team on Cybertron. A special request from a shady neutral called Jhiaxus. Paid for in full, through a paper trail of proxies.
Swindle struck a line through the record. this would keep him in top shelf energon for years. He then put the data slate back in its compartment and laid back on his bunk, thinking about the big pile of Cyberbux waiting for him in one of his many secret accounts.
He lay there only afew nanocyless before he heard a nervous knock on the door of his quarters.
"Who is it?" shouted Swindle amicably.
"uhhhh is this Swindle? I came to ask about some things?" said the voice on the other side of the door.
Swindle got up, and checked the camera feed of outside his door, it was a generic seeker. Swindle sat at his special buiness desk and pushed the button to open the front door.
"How can I help you friend?" Swindle smiled.
The seeker shuffled in nervously and shut the door behind himself,
"I ah...Need a boost... and maybe something to catch the eye of my superiors?" Said the bland seeker.
"Ah! the Slipstream special and some heat seeking missiles? say no more friend!" Swindle smiled and began writing a quote for the mods.

Profile: Brawn is the most macho of the Autobots and yearns for a hostile environment for him to thrive in. He delights in challenges and when he faces one he becomes fully alive. He is strong, rugged and very agile, which is why he is frequently teamed with Bumblebee when the Autobots are in a mountainous environment, but it is his enjoyment of the challenge that makes him valuable to his leader, Optimus Prime. He won't be discouraged and that helps the morale of the rest. He is hardy and enjoys a good joke, if it is not too subtle. His main fault is that he tends to be contemptuous of those not as tough as he. Brawn tends to judge others by their actions rather than their intentions. He is wary of those who don’t speak their mind or aren’t up front with him, which is at the root of his dislike of the Decepticons.
Abilities: Brawn is one of the strongest Autobots. He can lift up to 190,000 Ibs. and can knock down a small building with one punch. His endurance and resistance to artillery fire are among the highest of the Autobots. Lacking in the speed department, he is able to reach a top speed of 75 mph and is able to maintain his top speed up to his full range of 1000 miles. Never one to enjoy training in marksmanship, Brawn only arms himself with a laser pistol but relies mainly on his great strength to protect him.
Brawn’s avatar appears as a stocky built Caucasian male in his mid-40’s. His face is darkly tanned and well wrinkled as though he’d spent much time out doors. The burly fellow with sun-bleached hair sports a handlebar mustache and wears work jeans and an old flannel shirt. He seems the type that doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty.
Weaknesses: As the Autobot with perhaps the least sophisticated circuitry, most of his components focus on his strength; Brawn is very vulnerable to attack by electromagnetic and other types of waves. His eagerness to show off his strength often results in his using it improperly and without thinking. He's been known to destroy an entire building before realizing it's the wrong one.
Sample Post:
Brawn walked down the hallway of the base, clunking and stomping along, even though the sounds weren't intentional. Brawn was so large and heavily armored that every step sounding like a thundering crash as he walked on metal. Even on dirt or mud every step flew dust and grime around him, much to the annoyance of the other Autobots during missions. However, Brawn wasn't here on a mission, but rather to be briefed on an upcoming one. One that required his "special" skills.
Brawn reached the control room, having chuckled to himself as the some of the recruits ducked out of his way in the hallways to the control room. Brawn didn't mind that some people found him intimidating; it was to be expected. At the same time, Brawn liked to consider himself as more of an uncle to the Autobots as a whole; joking and laughing while still being able to be serious when needed. His immense strength also helped as a source of moral to the rest of the troops, so he liked the respect it got him.
Brawn approached the intelligence officer on duty at the control room, having not even said a word before the officer began relaying the mission specifications. Standard search and destroy, uninhabited area of the Mongolian Desert, possibility of a Decepticon Base, be cautious. Brawn took it all in for a second before grinning and accepting the mission. He would be partnered with one Aerialbot and another member of Demolitions, but wasn't told who. They were to all be meeting each other about a mile out of the search site, so Brawn was told to move out. Brawn walked to the garage of the base and stepped out, transforming in a roar of smoke and metal. As a Land Rover, his engine roared to life, almost as loud as his footsteps. The car drove off, cresting over the horizon on the dunes before disappearing out of sight, and heading towards the desert.

Height: 28 ft./8.54 m
Quote: “The science of war is cruel, and I love it.”
Strength: 7
Intelligence: 9
Dexterity: 8
Speed: 9
Endurance: 7
Courage: 8
Firepower: 7
Accuracy: 8
Melee: 6
Tech Skill: 9
Charisma: 6
Rank: 6
Profile: Skydive is the Predators' resident scientific advisor, and loves studying the science of warfare. He's cold, calculating, and so vindictive that even his fellow Predators don't fully trust him.
TFwiki, Skydive (Predator)
As a Predator, some of the more dangerous and cruel missions are often left to him and his fellow Predators. Skydive plays a large part since he is one of the more experienced combat scientists under Skyquake; leader of the Predators. Skydive is a techie one, yet he still has a love of cruel torture and execution of ones that his team; especially him; don’t like. However, Skydive is not cruel for the sake of being cruel.
Since Skydive's forcing into a Cybertronian mental facility millions of years ago against his will, he knows that pain is an excellent teacher. It either drives one to want to give up and die, or to fight. Skydive used his will to fight against pain to be able to escape the facility he was wrongly placed in. Pain can make you do powerful things. Skydive hates weaklings; especially humans. Skydive also sees the whole Autobot faction as weaklings that need to learn.
Skydive is not an easy one to be confident in. He is cunning, and mischievous. Even his fellow Predators are often wary of his actions and deceitful tendencies. Skydive respects Skyquake however, and Skyquake knows that. Skydive never dares to go against his team. No, that would simply not do. Skydive tries to be careful to stay on THEIR good sides at least. Skydive sees a similar lust in his team’s optics. The longing to bring dread to their opposers. He loves that. Skydive is a seemingly good-natured Decepticon however to the ones that don’t know him well, or the untrained eye.
Skydive masks his dreadful personality with his function as a combat scientist. He loves to study the workings of weapons, and build his own. Mostly for his team though. Skydive is also very skilled at operating many types of military equipment, and technology in general.
Abilities: Skydive’s jet mode can reach an average of Mach 2.2+ speed normally. However, increased thrust capacity, and modifications to provide the ability of space travel has made his jet mode capable of traveling up to Mach 3.1+.
His weapons are a relatively standard pistol and one-shot missile launcher. Not much of interest other than the fact that the missile launcher becomes deployable in jet mode. Skydive would prefer to use simpler weapons to their full, creative, and sick potential rather than more powerful ones that kill too quickly.
Skydive is skilled with many combat types. Mostly pointblank range firepower combat.
Weaknesses: Skydive particularly enjoys to see his foes suffer under his feet as they see who their true superior is rather than killing them quickly. This often can be both an advantage and disadvantage for him. Cruel kills can scare others, but they are also more likely to make him a greater target.

Profile: Repugnus is so ruthless that even anarchic outcasts like the Dinobots are wary of him. This suits Repugnus perfectly well. He’s a sneering, vicious outsider who acts like he doesn’t want or need anyone’s acceptance or approval, least of all his military superiors. Flagrantly and proudly insubordinate, Repugnus has been kicked out of the Autobots time and again for gross misconduct and the perpetration of violent acts more befitting a Decepticon war criminal than an Autobot. Repugnus laughs whenever this happens though, because he knows its always only a matter of time until Autobot command comes crawling to ask him back, begging him to take a mission. This is because the fearless and amoral Repugnus will do absolutely anything, no matter how heinous or evil, to accomplish his job, and his skills are legendary. In times of war, even the most upstanding military commander knows he needs troops willing to take the dirtiest, darkest missions, and that’s where Repugnus comes in. Missions that would make a more moral and conservative Autobot ill only make Repugnus smile. Assassination, deep cover infiltration and torture are just a few of his specialties. No one is certain what event in his past made him the monster he is today or why he continues to remain loyal, ultimately, to the Autobot cause.
Abilities: Subject is extremely intelligent, with great endurance and physical resistance to damage. He has impeccable skill in all forms of espionage, counter-intelligence, and reconnaissance work, as well as less-reputable arts like assassination, misinformation and morale disruption, and more. In robot mode he wields a venom laser that poisons its target’s fluids, slowing their mental processes and paralyzing them for breems at a time. In creature mode his optic sensors can see in infrared and X-Ray vision. They can also emit a dazzling color display and strobe effect to disorient any viewers. His razor-sharp, super-tough clows can tear through most materials and also contain chemical, audio and electromagnetic sensors. He has a powerful flamethrower located in his mouth in this mode. He uses his vise like mandibles to hold foes in place while he melts them to slag and shreds them with his claws. Subject’s ability to circumvent the rules and do whatever it takes to perform his mission is his greatest asset.
Weaknesses: Subject is especially slow moving in his creature mode. He is not liked or trusted by even his fellow Autobots, and there are rumors that there are those who wish to eliminate him among his own comrades.

Firepower: 5
Accuracy: 5

Tech Skill: 8
Charisma: 7
Profile: Mindwipe is perhaps the most mysterious and arguably the most mystical of all the Decepticons. Though a talented warrior, he is not one to stand and fight. He would rather subvert his opponents’ will or strike from the shadows. He serves the warlord Scoponok in the Research and Development department. He is often employed to procure Empties and Autobot prisoners for experimentation, a task for which his hypnotic powers make him ideally suited.
When not performing his duties as a Decepticon warrior, he devotes his time to trying to establish contact with the electromagnetic essences of long-dead Decepticons. He hopes that by communicating with them he can learn from them and avoid making the same mistakes they did when they fought and were eventually defeated by the Autobots. So far, despite designing and constructing numerous receivers, antennas and other equipment, his labors have borne only limited success. He swears he can hear the cries of the dead in the garbled noise emanating from his machines, and that he is very close to “Learning the Secrets of Death.” Most simply think he is insane. Scorponok tolerates his eccentricities because he is a subtle agent and a capable lab assistant.
Abilities: In shrikebat mode Mindwipe can fly at a maximum speed of 700 miles per hour and has a range of 1200 miles.
He is an extremely skilled fighter; Mindwipe developed his skills while studying ancient mystical arts. He has great strength in both forms, and his shrikebat jaws and foot talons can tear standard armor to ribbons with ease. His eyes emit a sub-optic radiation that, although invisible, has the effect of overriding the self-will circuitry of almost any mechanical or organic being that is unfortunate enough to look into them. In other words, he has the power to hypnotize Transformers. In robot mode, he uses a viper pistol, which shoots a stream of liquid that overloads the pain receptors of any mechanical being it hits, essentially freezing the affected body part for up to 30 agonizing minutes.
Weaknesses: -In his attempts to contact departed Decepticons, Mindwipe often becomes so involved in his self-induced trance-like states that he is unaware of anything else. This leaves him extremely open to enemy attack.
-Mindwipe’s armor is not as thick as that of most close-combat specialists. This is not a serious issue with his preferred methods, but if forced to fight openly he is often among the first reduced to stasis lock.
-His strange habits are tolerated because of his powerful patron, Scorponok. Should he displease his commander, suspension of his experiments may be the least of his worries.
Sample Post:
Mindwipe slits his palm and bleeds energon into the burning brazier in his make shift shrine, deep in the bowls of the Semper Tyrannis located near the massive nucleon reactors, a fitting place for the shrine of the cosmic destroyer. The symbol of his order a massive all consuming eye hung above the burning energon braziers. Data pads hung all around displaying the mad ravings and findings of Mindwipes study.
Mindwipe listing to the hum of the ship engines in his tiny sanctum, he felt tiny droplets of leaked nucleaon pass through his heightened sensors, he could hear other Decepticons move through the ship, he could hear there thoughts more clearly here, every Decepticon contained within them the aspect of the destroyer.
Mindwipe booted up the ancient data pad, Mechanomicon, the collected work of the mad engineer Primacron, the implied horror of the the text was enough to make anybot insane, but it was an incomplete copy, Mindwipe needed to complete the text so he could better interpret the will of the galactic Destroyer. For now he just had to be content that doing Megatrons will, the chosen avatar of destruction was service enough to galactic entropy.
He basked in the glow of the data pad while he mediated on the galactic secrets contained within.
“Yes, I saw him. I saw Thunderclash. He’s not good, I’m afraid. He’d clearly been tortured, but physically he’s holding his own under the circumstances. It’s more than I could do in his position that's for sure. His emotional state, however, is another story. Skyquake managed to get the information he wanted out of Thunderclash, but not before one of us paid the ultimate price.”

Moonracer is one of the best sharpshooters in the universe; or at least that’s what Moonracer says. She knows that she needs to improve in this area however, and tries to remember that even though her aim IS amazing, it only is when she takes time to, well, aim.
Moonracer is a very fast racer. She even fights with Blurr for the fastest in the Autobot faction position sometimes, and has raced with him to prove her speed, though she always comes out behind in the end.
Before the fall of Cyberton, Moonracer made a habit of updating her alt mode to the fastest current models in Cybertronian technology. Well, not faster than Blurr’s, but she prefers to not think about that.
Abilities: Moonracer’s sharpshooting skills are almost unmatched. She can hit targets at some of the craziest angles… if she actually aims.

Nemesis - Brig:
Moonracer then sat down to think about what was going on. What kind of mess did they get themselves into? “I’m sorry, Bumper,” she said, “this whole situation is just stupid. We shouldn’t be here. I wish we were more careful. You did a great thing though, Bumper.”
Moonracer sighed as she looked at the scratches on her arm, “Those Predators are going to pay for every bit of their evil actions soon. I can feel it. It’s even cruel for Decepticons to execute those who have surrendered themselves.”“Yes, I saw him. I saw Thunderclash. He’s not good, I’m afraid. Moonracer then felt even more horrible. If Thunderclash or anyone else were to die because of their stupidity, Moonracer was going to flip. It was starting to become less of a waiting game, and more like one of those Earth T.V. shows where no-one is safe. Anyone can just… die. Just like that.

If you were to ask Moonracer for directions, chances are she’d want to take you there instead of just telling you. She is one of the most kind and good-natured of the Autobots. This type of charisma can be good for some that appreciate it, but also annoy other Autobots that are not fans of the whole “little momma” personality.
Though Moonracer may be gullible sometimes, her quest for respect and ways to prove that she’s not just a cutie to look out for make up for it. She likes to try to do things on her own and make sure the job is done, even though her reputation of making mistakes keeps her from achieving that many times. Moonracer likes to be in the spotlight, except for when she’s there because of a mistake.
The war on Cybertron and its eventual end has taken a toll on Moonracer. She was one that was once taught that peace is the desire of all sentient beings, and peace is only reached through agreement. However, she wasn’t taught that some want peace through other methods such as war and terror. After the war began, she was taught that the only option was to fight. Moonracer feels a need to respect the teaching she was taught before war broke out, and to strive for peace. However, as her Autobot compatriots grew to deal with war, Moonracer more slowly settled. Now, she finds herself in attempts to prove her worth and to show how “tough” she can be, even if she ends up just looking silly.

Profile: Although nearly as capable as his twin brother Sunstreaker in the combat arts, Sideswipe is far less cold blooded about it. He thoroughly relishes engaging an opponent in a fight to the finish, and will use any dirty underhanded tactic he can think of to come out on top. Back on his home world of Cybertron this conduct extended itself to the rest of his lifestyle: getting what he can out of life, enjoying it to the fullest, and cheating to get the rest. His exile to Earth hasn't changed his behavior, just his cause- now instead of doing everything for himself he does it for the sake of freedom for all. Each exerts 8000 pounds of force upon impact with up to five impacts per second, making him particularly useful in close combat and for breaking through fortifications. A rocket backpack can sustain him in the air for two-minute spurts before refueling is necessary. When launched, two shoulder-mounted magnesium phosphorous flares can each be seen from a distance of 18 miles on a clear night.
Avatar: Sidswipe's avatar looks exactly like Sunstreaker's avatar with the exception that the her hair is black not blond.
Weaknesses: If it weren't for his rash behavior, Sideswipe wouldn't have any serious weaknesses. But as he often acts without consideration of the consequences and takes a special delight in plunging into extremely dangerous situations, Sideswipe, more than any other Autobot, finds himself being patched together by Chief Medical Officer Ratchet. Naturally, he takes his injuries in stride.
Sample Post:
Sideswipe was at his battle station, harnessed in and wired to the ships defense matrix. He cycles through the on board weapons, checking heat, maintenance routines and ammo stores. Fighting was the fun part, it was the waiting that was killing him.He switched between this and rereading old messages that femmes in the autobot fleet had sent him.
If being aboard Omega meant anything it was constant waiting. waiting for salvation, or permanent stasis. Both would be preferable to waiting.
He dissembled and reassembled a laser pistol he had found, anxiously needing to do something with his hands. Sideswipe checked over his wargear and began the whole boredom cycle anew, finally he had had enough of driving himself insane and checked on the rest of the crew too see what they were doing.

Profile:
Swoop was among Cybertron’s greatest aerial fighters. Originally he had joined with the Autobot forces on the outbreak of the war, but quickly excelled in the field of battle and rose through the ranks as an elite bombardier. Arrogant from his many victories, he soon made one terrible mistake.
In one fateful encounter, Swoop engaged with another aerial fighter, a Decepticon called Divebomb. Having been challenged by him, the Autobot aerialist accepted and engaged his counterpart in a one-on-one dogfight. However, Swoop overestimated his abilities and was out-done by Divebomb, suffering a painful and humiliating defeat.
After having found out, Autobot high command discharged Swoop from the service for his reckless actions. It was shortly after this that he came to the attention of one Autobot military commander, Grimlock. Having taken notice of his great aerial skills and learning of his defeat at the hands of Divebomb, he offered Swoop a place among his new unit, the Dinobots, to which he accepted.
In his new group, Swoop again received honor and recognition for his achievements, somewhat making up for the loss he felt he previously suffered. However, following a defeat at the hands of Shockwave, the Dinobots followed the Decepticon to Earth to exact revenge upon him, something the one aerialist was well familiar with. It was there that Swoop took on his current form of a prehistoric pteranodon and fell in battle alongside his comrades, buried alive for millions of years, until they were brought to Area 51 in the present day.
Swoop is still among the best of aerial fighters, and he knows this all too well. However, his first great loss has taught him humility and somewhat humbled him. While he can be as arrogant and disobedient as his Dinobot comrades, he is arguably more friendly and outgoing, and can be very good company when given the chance. However, his reputation and appearance as frightening warrior makes him seem unapproachable, to his dismay.
To this day, Swoop still holds a personal rivalry with the Decepticon Divebomb and holds a desire to fight him in an aerial battle once again.
Abilities:
Swoop is among one of the best aerial fighters among Cybertronians, even in his current reptilian state. He can soar up to 250 mph, and makes use of his ability to elevate and strike down upon his adversaries. His bestial form is capable to unsettling even the thickest of armor plating. He also has a great level of endurance, due to low fuel consumption.
Underneath each of his wings are air-to-air missile launchers, each carrying the equivalent of 5000 lbs of TNT. They can also be reconfigured as air-to-surface missile launchers as well. His preferred method of attack is to soar into the air and dive down upon a target, releasing his missiles when in close proximity and then speeding away for a retreat.
These weapons can be accessed while in robot form, when he is also equipped with a thermal sword, capable of heating to temperatures of 4000 degrees Centigrade. At that heat, it is capable of slicing through most metals like a knife through butter.
Weaknesses:
While extremely maneuverable flying through the air and having a great endurance, Swoop is vulnerable to enemy firepower due to the relatively fragile nature of his wings.
Sample Post:
Sea of Change - Bottom of Yellow Sea outside Alpha Dome
It was times like this, when Swoop desperately wished for the blissful ignorance of vorns before, of aerial superiority and the simple joys of assured victory. Now, things were complicated and he was far more self-aware than he’d ever been, aware of his injury and his defeats and very aware of how much he HATED to lose.
That disdain for failure had always been in him, but , the raging intolerance for it he had now---that had been acquired by the most important figure in his life. That larger than life, fixed point on his horizon. Grimlock.
Said fixed point, was a roaring dynamo, charging into battle against; this insurmountable Gestalt. Grimlock was bold, and it inspired boldness in his unit, Swoop was no different and the easy camaraderie they all shared in the face of adversity only fed the flames of that boldness.
Swoop shoved the pain lancing through his body to the back of his processor, screw it! What was a leg in the face of glory?! What was pain to a Dinobot? Weakness leaving the slaggin’ body, that’s what!
The Bombadier’s excitement bubbled tangibly around him, as he gushed from his vents and heated the water---a great downward stroke of his wings sent him rappelling backward---out of range of swinging arms and kicking legs. His slashed his thermal sword horizontally, a motion more for his benefit than for any true purpose, it too caused a commotion as it boiled the water that it touched.
Swoop felt that surge in his spark, that old savagery that time had tempered but never erased. His pain, the outrage at his lack of leg and it’s abysmal replacement---he belted out that shrill roar---like a nail puncturing glass, and set his wings to propel him forward. With great, synchronized scoops of water, he bolted back into the fray.

Profile: Nightbeat is a tough, no-nonsense type who is not afraid to break the rules to get what he wants. And usually what he wants is the solution to some complicated mystery and he'll go anywhere to get it. He feels as comfortable driving down a dark alley as he does cruising along a six-lane superhighway. He has an intuition for finding the truth that defies all known theories of programming. In trying to account for Nightbeat's remarkable talent, Optimus Prime suspects that the circuitry in the digital detective's logic center may accidentally have been wired in a way contrary to accepted robotic engineering procedures. But the Autobot Leader is still at a loss to explain why Nightbeat thinks the way he does. Nightbeat prefers to work alone. Most partners don't understand his methods and his reasoning, and often wind up hindering his investigations more than helping them. But being a good soldier, he doesn't complain about his fellow Autobots... instead he tries to compensate for their investigatory deficiencies by working even harder.
Abilities: Nightbeat carries two photon pistols and a high-powered plasma blaster with infra-red sight. He also has enhanced audio and video sensors that aid in his investigatory work. From five miles away, he can hear a screw fall and count the threads on it. In car mode he can travel at speeds of up to 620 miles per hour and has a range of 1500 miles.
Weaknesses: Nightbeat's overconfidence in his abilities typically persuades him that he can handle almost any situation by himself. Given his preference for working alone, he often suffers damage that a more team-oriented Autobot might avoid.

This sample is set prior to the destruction of the farstar
Farstar, corridor
As he walked through the corridors of the Farstar Nighbeat found himself, as per usual, reviewing several case files at once. Suspected murder here, thievery there, the occasional attempt at the smuggling of illegal weapons. Nightbeat often wondered how so many crimes could be committed in such short spaces of time, and how so many perpetrators managed to remain hidden from the eyes of those around them. Not that he was complaining of course. Mysteries allowed him to do his job, and that was better than anything else that he could imagine.
Suddenly a tall, silver Autobot walked slowly towards the self proclaimed detective, his head held high in the air.
"Nightbeat!" proclaimed the silver 'bot loudly
"Yes?" replied Nightbeat
"You WILL report to the cargo hold immediately!" commanded the silver 'bot with a sense of pride in his tone as he looked down upon the detective
"Whats the trouble?" asked the shorter Autobot
"There has been a disturbance, several explosives were found in the cargo hold a cycle ago, the security feeds has all been cut leaving no definite way of identifying the culprit. We have three suspects, you WILL investigate the scene and deduce the perpetrator! As an officer in the cargo hold I have chosen you for this job! I assume you WILL NOT disappoint me, come on, we begin now!" yelled the proud officer
In the space of mere moments Nightbeat had grown to dislike the officer and his constant emphasis on the word will. As they walked the officer spoke again
"You know I am very well respected here. Many see me as superior to them. Of course I assure them it's not true, but we both know that is a lie."
"Of course" muttered Nightbeat In your mind you probably cured cybercrosis, invented space travel and, defeated Megatron in a duel above Kaon thought the detective.
Despite his disdain for this "Bot of greatness" Nightbeat could not resist a small smile. Things had been quiet around the ship lately and any distraction was welcome. A mystery! Well that was just lucky. Extremely lucky. As they walked Nightbeat began to consider possibilities. The culprit failed in the end but they clearly had a plan. They would have to have some technical skill to deactivate the cameras from another area. They also would have to have knowledge of shifts in the cargo bay so they could enter at an appropriate time. The possibilities were endless, the detective was in his personal heavan!
What could be better Nightbeat thought as he reached the cargo hold.

Profile: Predictability is for other, more boring robots, as far as Wildfly is concerned. He prefers to live life from one moment to the next, acting out on whatever crazed impulses he may have at that instant and basically whirl around destroying everything in sight. Wildfly likes to think this makes him the “life of the party” who always does the unexpected; in fact, his behaviour is tiresome and obvious to all of his comrades. They know that Wildfly will pick the most base, violent thing to do in any circumstance, like suddenly flying off to clip the wings off a passing jet airliner he notices or demolishing a nearby office building in the middle of the unsuspecting humans' workday. Wildfly tops off his furious attacks with a cackling laughter, convinced that he just did something exceptionally clever. Only the most sparkless Decepticons can agree.
Abilities: Wildfly possesses slightly above-average strength. In avian monster mode, he can fly at a speed of 200 mph. In robot mode, he is armed with a specially designed photon rifle with laser-targeting for locking onto ground targets while soaring through the air. Wildfly joins with his team-mates to form Monstructor.
Weaknesses: Because of his impish nature, Wildfly often finds himself making poor decisions on the battlefield, as he'd much rather be “spontaneous” than follow orders already issued to him. Naturally, this attitude doesn't always fare too well during combat, leaving him susceptible to injuries he could otherwise avoid by using a little common sense.
Name: Overbite

Alternate Mode: Amphibious Shark Creature
Weapons: Freeze Beam Blaster
Height: 26ft / 7.92m
Quote: “There are only two kinds of creatures, predator and prey.”
Strength: 7
Intelligence: 7
Dexterity: 9 in water, 6 as robot, 2 in shark mode on land
Speed: 5
Endurance: 7
Courage: 7
Firepower: 6
Accuracy: 8
Melee: 8
Tech Skill: 5
Charisma: 5
Rank: 6
Profile: A menacing, mechanical monster whose presence makes any body of water unsafe for swimming—or anything else—Overbite is just about the most dangerous creature ever to prowl the ocean depths. And perhaps he's the most obsessed, as well, for he sees his life as an endless quest for prey. As soon as he finishes off one victim, he goes hunting for another. But as much as he enjoys his work, he looks to occasionally take time off to amuse himself. For fun he chomps holes into the sides of oil tankers and sinks cruise ships. As Overbite likes to point out, "The only thing better than swimming through an oil slick is swimming through an oil slick full of drowning fleshlings."
Abilities: In shark mode, Overbite is virtually unbeatable in underwater combat. His attack is unrelenting. His teeth and talons can tear through the hull of a battleship. His liquid cooled, turbo-powered 3,500 horsepower engine propels him through the water at up to 70 knots. He never needs to surface, except for regular maintenance checkups. He carries a freeze beam blaster that can trap any underwater prey in a block of ice. He can transform to an amphibious weapons-base mode, in which he can create tidal waves by wagging his tail at super speed. His front end converts to a jawbreaker cannon, which shoots powerful metal-eating, salt-based corrosives.
Weaknesses: Although virtually unbeatable underwater in shark mode, Overbite is quite literally like a fish out of water in robot mode on land. There he is slow, awkward and relatively weak. Needless to say, he prefers to remain swimming.
Barricade has got a bit of a mouth on him. Whether it's smashing through an Autobot roadblock or hunting down his latest quarry, he rarely lets an opportunity to taunt, criticize or demoralize someone go by. And no, not even his fellow Decepticons are safe...not even Megatron. One would think this would mean a short end to his career, but apparently not. The Decepticon leader has taken to tolerating his loud mouth, perhaps due to his sheer effectiveness and tenacity in his job as an enforcer of Decepticon law, but possibly also because his scolding of the other Decepticons sometimes works in Megatron's favor.
Barricade's favorite tactic is taunting opponents until they start chasing him, and then leading them through hazardous areas that they don't have a chance of surviving, while he will escape without a scratch. As a hunter, he keeps his opponents off-guard and nervous by talking a lot, citing them with whatever crimes he thinks they've committed against the Decepticons.
