I'll edit in case.
I haven't seen it myself, but I've seen TFWiki refer to the figure as Afterbreaker on Twitter and apparently the April/May club mag does as well. Possible the name Afterburner was unavailable and had to be renamed. Still better than some of replacement names we've seen recently.

The real problem is the fandom actually acknowledges these silly name changes done for legal reasons.![]()
If John Smith in New York cant sue Mrs. Smith in Florida for naming her newborn son John, what makes fictional characters names any different ? As silly as it sounds, I can legally name my child "Afterburner".
It's a freakin word ! Unless another company has already produced a transformable robot toy named "Afterburner" there should be no basis for a lawsuit. Funpub shouldn't be scared of "Afterburner Tampons" or "Afterburner Personal Lubricant" or whoever was the last company to print the word "Afterburner" on a cardboard box.

Or another member who got the email before others will announce it to the rest of the fandom first.
I think you're safe since a LOT of fans previous decried this set for being a G.I. Joe with a Transformer that doesn't transform.RK_Striker_JK_5 wrote:Sabrblade wrote:They'll email us when it's available.RK_Striker_JK_5 wrote:I joined the TFCC for this figure. I want her SO badly. It's not a subscription figure.LegendaryAntiHero wrote:if you just want 1 figure, it'd be cheaper to get it from the aftermarket than paying for every subscription figure just to get it
