For the 2010 Transformers Campaign, Takara-Tomy released two Sons of Cybertron Sets. The first set released consisted of clear versions of Animated Deluxe Earth Mode Optimus Prime and Animated Rodimus. The second set consists of two clear Henkei figures. Rodimus and Deluxe Optimus Prime.

Rodimus is a clear version of Henkei Rodimus. As noted above, this isn't the first clear version of Rodimus/Hot Rod that's been released. There's been several, including a clear version of G1 Hot Rod. This clear version of Henkei Rodimus has many wondering if Fansproject will release a clear version of the Protector Armor upgrade.

Optimus Prime is a clear version of the Deluxe Optimus Prime that came in the Ultimate Battle Pack in the Transformers Classics line. This set included a Deluxe Megatron as well. This Optimus has a lever on his back that allows for a swinging/punching action. The figure is not known for being a huge favorite among collectors.

I got a package in the mail today expecting it to be these two, but alas it was just wave 2 & 3 of Generations!

I'd say that's to say too much about that crappy OP, can't imagine a worst incarnation (or figuration whatever), about that figure, nor even the clear plastic helps to make it better.

That explains why they won't sell him seperately this time lol.
All you want is clear Rodimus and Optimus is kinda like the Galvatron figure in that 3-pack cybertron edition.

What I don't understand is that it's so obvious why this mold is so disliked by the fans. Change the head and the knee caps and perhape his waist to resemble more cartoon/g1 alike and it would be a whole lot better in the eyes.

IMO, it's not the robot mode but the alt mode which drag this figure to hell... it's absolutelly obnoxious...the most of it, the fact that the thights doesn't collapse but stay there, and the freaking waist spring also keeps making it all wrong in the alt form also.
