I say "bogus" to both assertions. The Takara one is pro-Robot Mode, while the Hasbro one is pro-Planet Mode. Takara's Robot Mode looks amazing, while its Planet mode looks bland and uninteresting. Hasbro's Planet Mode, however, looks spot on and exceptionally good, while its Robot Mode looks too flashy and overdone.MINDVVIPE wrote:kirbenvost wrote:I feel this is THE definitive version of Unicron.
PPSSSHHHHHH!!!! i say PSSSSHH to that!

If one has the Takara one, display him in his glorious Robot Mode. If one has the Hasbro one, show off his awesome Planet Mode.

Still no pictures of his eyes lighting up?
Prepare to hear about that.....
Unless I Didn't see it.

I had a really hard time photographing his eyes lighting up for some reason. Normally I can always get a shot but for some reason this was the best shot I could get of it in action. If you look in the corner of his left eye, you can see the red light barely.
Is there something in particular that you want to know about his light up features? It's still using the red lights so nothing different from previous releases.

And I adore the box art! And his bio, so grim, way too grim for a kid.
