I can't see Hasbro getting on board with that, it would involve putting in a lot of capital, research, development and creative input into something that in the US is a niche market. Takara on the other hand might be interested in the idea but unfortuantly as far as TFs are concerneed they're not wearing the trousers and probably haven't got the money to sink into it as a solo project.

I like the interesting designs of the Animated Line. While different I love the smugness on Starscreams face. I'll be getting him for sure.

Hey Screamer, why such a long face? :P

Just kidding, I really like the look of the animated line and hope the show lives up. I like that they are trying to be completely different from the movie.

I for one would love an anime, adult-focused version of TF, along the lines of Gundam. With kick butt animation seen in shows like Cowboy Beebop they'd really have something. I can't see it being any more expensive to produce such a show than it is to produce Beebop, Inu Yasha or Samurai Champloo. And with TF you have a built in audience.

Hey, if we all keep asking and hinting on the boards maybe someone at HasTak will eventually listen.

I hope not the adult soap-opera love affair thingy. Like what happened to the Macross series.
